Orla nip that throat thing in the bud, it's doing the rounds. The weather is so weird , cold one minute, boiling the next. If you can rest up, a good night's rest can do wonders! And a bit of TLC😁 That was a good shop, but the bulls blood salad ? Oh boy....the name alone, but it looked beautiful. Feeling like a fry up tomorrow for breakie, the white pudding was enough for me, i'd eat the lot😋
You are doing so well with the shopping and eating healthier. Congrats. So happy for you. It is still in the 100-108 degree range in Vegas. Will be for a couple months. Sigh.
If you are wondering what scones are like they are like an American biscuit but instead of putting gravy on it The British put jam or something sweet on it.
Yes there's a really nasty dose going around. I've bern choking with it the past 10 days now. Hard to shake it off and it's kind of a stomach bug too the runs, cramps etc just to add to fun. To add to it all, my beautiful dog 8, had a bad seizure at 3am one night (she had a seizure disorder). Thus time I coiid do nothing for her and she died in my arms within minute's. Can't believe she's gone. 😢😢
@@sapphire22011 I'm so sorry to hear you lost your beloved Dog, this hit a raw nerve with me as i also lost mine few days ago. It was also a seizure, and like you, he passed with his head in my hands. I feel just lost without him. You did everything by holding her and being there for her! So sorry for the pain your going through.
@@2ndstarfromtherightsolas881 thanks for your reply and so sorry to hear of your baby's passing also. They have gained their angel wings and small comfort is that Sophie passed very quickly. But ny heart is shattered. Worse is the fact she had Episodic Falling Syndrime which was causing the episodes. And it's a disease that should be bred out of the CKCS. Her breeder assured me and gave papers that both parents were tested negative for this syndrome and all was clear. However the papers she gave me were faked, as I had the genetic test repeated and Sophie was found to he an affected carrier. The breeder flat out lied too by claiming the tests were €300 per dog, in fact she didn't test the puppies, just the parents, who would have needed to be tested ONCE in their lifetime, and if clear, wouod be free to breed, but in any case I had Sophies test done in Germany for €55. That was another lie she told. I had a friend text her after Sophies diagnosis as she's still selling these pups claiming to be a 'high class breeder who does all health checks'. On her site she's still claiming to test for EFS so on the texts we asked her how much and where she had tests done. She told me a lab in the UK does all her testing. MORE lies as the Cavalier King Charles Society gave me a list of 5 labs in the UK who do tests, but when I rang every one of them they all said same they cannot accept tissue samples from outside the UK since 2016, due to customs issues after Brexit and then Covid. EACH lab told me the same. In end I was forced to go to a lab in Germany as that's next nearest lab that tests for this or another in Czech Reoublic or USA. So she lied totally. I rang her and confronted her with all this and sbe was SOOOO ignorant and rude and denied ever selling me the dog, then claimed I was 'stalking and harassing' her! She never even said well sorry to hear your dog is ill. Just a nasty piece of work all around and nothing better than a puppy farmer.
@@2ndstarfromtherightsolas881 so sorry to hear about ur baby too the shock and grief is awful..in Sophies case it could have been avoided. Long story short she suffered from a condition called episodic falling stndrome where the signal from.brain to muscles cuts off and causes seizure like turns. It's unique to cavaliers anf can be tested for. Suffice yo say the breeder I bought Sophie from.claimed both her parents had clear tests for this and she gave me a certificate saying this but she told me a pack of lies and gave false health certs..Sophie tested positive as an affected carrier for this awful syndrome and then the breeders lies started unravelling. I found several lies she told me and complained but she just claimed her test results from the lab must have been faulty. Sophie was just 8 years old. Shame on these awful breeders no better than puppy farmers
