Ok for newbies, hit him until stage 2. Then, whack him once or twice and hide on the bed in the corner. Then, whack about 5-6 times and retreat to bed. Repeat and hope he doesn't climb onto bed. Or get good and dodge his lunges and kicks.
Basically block until he fires the molotov. From there you roll to him, and either stun him if possible (magician with both r and t), hide (if you're a black abscess) or something to stop Stelly from constantly moving. Then, hit I believe about 4-5 times, retreat, prepare for molotov and heal. Try to kill in under 3 cycles, or you may either lose too many heals, die due to carelessness, or struggle to approach Stelly in a corner. This is only possible for those with a decent dps output AND decent hp and def.
To get drops, do you have to do a min amount of damage to an enemy bc I can barely get a chance to kill someone due to high lvls wiping out the whole room before I get a hit in.

Keep in mind, if you get kicked and stunned you have like a 50/50 chance of being dunked before you can dodge.

Some bosses require you to do at least 1 dmg but some dont
