There's actually a few missed cutscenes. In the first Cruella boss fight, you can ring the bell to stun her with the first time triggering a cutscene. Also there are more phone scenes in Piccadilly. and the fortune telling machine has many different fortunes. certain henchman defeats have post defeat cutscenes as well.
