My wife and I tune in to Bethel online each Sunday morning. Lung and breathing issues had me in the emergency room just this morning. Because of the incident, we didn’t watch until afternoon on Sunday 1/5/2025. There was a word for me about these issues. I’ve transcribed Cassy and Jamila’s words below, with approximate times, then my testimony. Cassy Allyn ~17:30 “I heard the Lord speaking a few things over some people…God sees you…in the midst of pain…He is near. I heard Him say ‘I hear your cries, and I’m coming with comfort and peace and to fight for you.’ I heard Ex 14:14, ‘The Lord will fight for you, you only have to be still’. Know that He is coming to be near and to fight for you in the midst of whatever battle you’re in, you are not alone...” ~18:30 “You might have had issues breathing. Anxiety, lung issues, whatever that was, and I heard ‘You can breathe now.’ So if that’s you, I want you to take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out, recognizing that the peace of God is coming close, and He’s actually restoring your breath. If that’s you, and you’re like “that’s been me, I need breakthrough, or I just recognized that I can breathe easier now”, put it in the chat. Testify and glorify the name of Jesus with us even now as you recognize a shift in your body.” Jamila Page ~20:30 “those of you that are receiving that word, I believe that you’re going to have testimonies, we want to hear about them.” Jamila encouraged us to add chat later on when we have testimony. “You can breathe, you’re not in this alone…remember that I am with you remember that I am in you, remember that I love you, remember that I will never leave nor forsake you. The Father wants us to know that He’s close.” I had another episode of waking up in the night (1/5/2025 ~3:30am) unable to breath. (This is the second time. The first time was the night of 11/6/2024.) I was unable to take in a breath for ~30 seconds to a minute, gasping trying to get air into my lungs. It was frightening. My wife prayed, and as before with the name of Jesus, I started to get release and ability to breath, gradually getting more normal after about 10 minutes. But there were a couple of relapses in the first 20 minutes where I couldn’t breathe again. My chest felt heavy. This time I contacted an online nurse and was told we should call 911 and go by ambulance to the emergency room, so I did. Everything checked out normal. I’d had very little sleep, so when I got home, I went to bed to sleep. Then we watched the Bethel morning meeting online that afternoon after I awoke. (Note: God had given me insight last time, by dream & Holy Spirit witness, that this was triggered from a coworker’s witchcraft.) The words Cassy heard the Lord speaking were very comforting to me. His words help me shift my focus from trauma and fear of another episode to peace and confidence that He sees me and is with me and will fight for me. His words following this experience strengthen me and deepen my peace. Thank you, Cassy, for listening to Him and sharing His words! Thank you, Jesus, for speaking over me! I can breathe now.
