- These socks are heated buy 2600mah rechargeable batteries. They are very comfortable, and go most of the way to the knee. The heating element covers the foot from the middle to the tips of the toes. As I say in the video I have had limited use as it is not that cold where I live, but the use I have had so far is very positive. I just wanted to let everyone about them so that you can be aware and possibly buy if it is already cold where you live. These socks will be great for a variety of events. Camping, hiking, backpacking, skiing, hunting, and watching sporting events. I really do think they will be awesome, and I love the fact that they can be controlled by your phone! I cannot get the socks to sync with my iPhone 13. Any suggestion
I have an android and it took me a little while before I realized they were connected. Since I don't have an iPhone all I can say is check the app to see if they are connected, and if not email the company. Sorry I don't have an iPhone to help you more, but I can say they were connected to my phone before I realized they were. Hope this helps!
How do you charge the batteries?
You take the batteries out of the socks and then attach them to the included charging cords and plug into the wall.
I know some people who could use these!
Wasoto is a horrible product with zero customer service for defective products.
Sorry to hear they are not working out for you! Mine have been working great. As a matter of fact I'm going to be using them today and tomorrow when I go camping. What trouble are you having? Since mine have worked fine I've not had to use their customer service.
Yea im sure they are a cheap Chinese company that send out free samples in hopes of positive reviews. Unfortunately like many off shore producers, they don't reply to customer service problems and have zero warranty service...
