I'm personally for thiefshipping more than tendershipping, but there still is that part of me that likes tendershipping. My general take on it is that if Marik didn't come into the show I'd be a tendershipper, but I really love the relationship he has with Bakura, whether it's just platonic or love.

@yamisisasexmonster I totally agree with you. Bronzeshipping (Yami and Regular Marik) wouldn't work out because how can two people be there at the same time? The other couples make sense because they at least are different souls
Everyone has it wrooong. The Ry should almost be one sound. It's a very quick blend of the R and 'ee' sound, and the y should barely have anything to it. It's hard to explain in words, though. I took Japanese for a couple years, hence how I know this.
No, Akefia/Yami Bakura is the spirit of Touzoku/Thief King Bakura that was trapped in the ring for many years. Ryou was the "host" for the spirit of the ring.
