I love how ZZZ's Lore/World Building is built, they don't rush, they build it in the right measure, while developing the characters. One of my favorite parts is how the descriptions of the Hollows are done, if you pay attention to those collectibles from missions hidden in Hollow Zero, you see how scary and horrible it is to be inside a Hollow, the Spacebar story is a great relaxation of how the Devs manage to convey that bad feeling of being trapped in these places. I'm really excited for the futures patches.
And once again the Rabbit Hole Lore goes deeper. Honestly I like how Hoyo already has a Plan to keep the Siblings Relevant even after reducing TV mode.
Spacebar's story is also told through logs you find when going across different sections of Hollow Zero so it's hard to remember everything unless you are willing to go through your findings from time to time. Completing the decrypt of the old laptop completes the last part of his story. The Order sounds more like a Cult than some religion and this Order of the Ether likely sees being corrupted into Ethereals as humanity being reborn as higher beings and through unknown means likely ether concentration technology like the kind City Energy Companies use and human experimentation to create the Sacrifice. The ones who do know about The Sacrifice and possibly the Exaltist Order is the main employer of Victoria Housekeeping and Perlman who is yet to fully regain consciousness. For now we can say the Exaltists was providing backing for Carole Arna's work until she found out what they were really doing but by then it was too late and Hollow Zero happened leading to the Exaltists using her as their fall girl. Miyabi's mother may have slain the Overseer but the way of Exaltists is an idea and no doubt a new leader is already taken charge of the Exaltists and have infiltrated New Eridu and perhaps is a possible wormed their ranks within New Eridu's government which explains how Sarah has been able to get rid of her involvement in the Vision Corporation incident. The Prophet in that Prophecy Quest actually is outraged when you don't choose one side but choose both of them to help with fighting the demon king. In a way it's saying their salvation will only save few people and not everyone. On the other hand, you wonder how Phaethon so far only has made allies with groups that are NOT working directly with New Eridu like PubSec and HAND and I mean that by how there are Special Chapters and actual Chapters. Special Chapters are involving factions that Phaethon is only a bystander in while they go about their everyday lives while the actual Chapters are where they are invited for assistance and provide actual support for that faction. I might be looking too deep into it but perhaps as Belle and Wise gets closer to uncovering the truth they will end up crossing paths with Pubsec since there is an ongoing proxy hunt campaign and cross paths with Sector 6 and especially Miyabi where both sides are seeking the truth. The Exaltists likely having members within New Eridu's government will use their means to get them to get rid of each other but if Phaethon manages to get even them on their side it would spell disaster for that cult. Belle and Wise has already made a huge name for themselves in the Hollow Zero missions working alongside HAND and they already have made friends with some of the elite officers within Pubsec. So either the Exaltist Order finally plays their hand or they will eventually be exposed. 1.3 will will give a proper faction introduction of Sector 6 in-game with Yanagi becoming playable and I imagine 1.4 will finally be the introduction of Obol Squad revealing Trigger and Captain Magus in the process. After that, pretty much all the factions will be introduced and that is likely when things start to get real. I have a feeling what happens next hinges on the Elections going on in New Eridu and the Exaltists are among the ranks of TOPS and the Chief of Pubsec might just be their figure head. The initiative to crack down on proxies is likely a means for the Exaltists to keep those like Phaethon from becoming a threat which wound up failing thanks to them having an alternate account.
In the livestream, they said that the story of section 6 will continue so 1.4 will probably be chapter 5 of the main story where section 6 will be brought to the forefront.

Chapter 5 will begin in 1.4 with miyabi n harumasa banner, 1.3 will just be a special episode of yanagi (like jane) dealing with those 'virtual' terrorist and give us the opportunity to work as section 6 member + Lighter agent story n fight events. Obol squad n the angel idol faction might be introduced in the next arc (assuming 1.5 gonna be rerun banners of former S agents) I dread the day we gonna fight Miyabi as final battle... Assuming she know about phaeton n their teacher and gives no mercy (doppelganger miyabi might be rad tho)
i love the way the story of zzz i presented to us. it isnt rushed and you have to pay attention to small things they provide or information lying in plain sight but needs to be pieced together to get the full picture. My scatterbrain somehow missed the database section and was only focused on the gameplay. Spacebar's story sent tears to my eyes. Hoyo's side stories are always so good; from The Prophecy, The Abyss, Abigail and Kami North, all left quite an impact to me.
There is also that commissions questline from that old man whose daughters happen to be the Ballet Twins themselves who have became cursed to forever dance in the halls of the stage they last danced in.
@@belimbing_rebus They are ethereals and again if you play a certain questline involving an old man being annoyed by the rumors young people spread about the Ballet Twins, you'll get the backstory behind them. Also, you see how people turn into ethereals if they are in a Hollow for too long.

So now I'm even more confused are Huges and Spacebar the same person or just a reference?
I dont think that's spacebar mother or space bar being this huges guy... I think is just a ghost like lady whose soul is trapped inside a hollow and haunted the phone lines. This kinda reminds me of Disco Elysium 'the pale' as people who are trapped inside the pale vanishing like a glitch but their memories scattered around medium/soundwave thing. So when you makes a phone call across the pale you'll hear third party noises n mumblings (aka ghost lol)

You missed SEED from journal log 3 the big iron fighter, who is also one of s11/obol squad members that will be future agents. Hes a big mecha robot being with heavy weapons (this is a contrast to billy i think, but his whole idea is a reference to Alphonse from Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood imo) and his secret is that he has a self destruct bomb inside his heart. although he's big and looks scary, he has a soft heart and always wanted to be human, as he love flowers n small animals and also tried to help his comrades in a way he can. He's the one who beat Spacebar and his teammates on training but also the one who cheers him up with flower. Although it's ironic that the bomb inside him also called 'flower'. Bonus: In S11 trust events, she mention Seed being the only one who appreciates her flaming hot spicy ramen recommendations. But now i know that he's a robot he probably can't taste the heat of that ramen anyway.
Something to keep in mind Carol may have had NOTHING to do with the Disaster at all. And is instead a scapegoat for the true culprits There is 5 ways Hoyo can take this. First she is responsible in full she may not have realized the danger but her actions WERE the reason the disaster happened. Second she was part of the reason but wasnt actually responsible such as her research being part of it but she wasnt aware it was going to be used like that or what the ultimate goal was. Third she was part of it realized what was going on and went to put a stop to it. Fourth She wasnt aware of the reason and was working on her own work which got co-opted into the reason. And finally Fifth she wasnt aware of it and her project wasnt involved it was just happening at the same time so she got the blame. Second and fourth seem like the same thing but the difference is being aware of the order or not. So we will have to see where Carol lands on this.

The HDD system without moniters seems to be not that big so 10 min before the hollow emerged could be plenty of time. We just dont know enough to solidly say.

And though greatly he failed More greatly he dared" Can't exactly refer this to our paethons cuz its sounds like a passcode but it just give me an idea of how paethons 'failed' on something before, and wanted to fix their failures this time.
they somehow made this lore more missable than how they used to do genshin events and secret character appeareances in events. actually you can miss quite a lot of lore and character building in ZZZ by rushing from objective to objective. and i dont even skip dialogue in this game.

"We'll rid ourselves of human weaknesses and become perfect lifeforms" "This will be the next step of human evolution" "The hollow apocalypse was a gift from the gods and ether must cover the entire world" "Humanity was a mistake and must end" yadayadayada... something among those lines... If satanists exist even though we can't prove that thing is real, imagine how easy it would be to start a cult based on a supernatural phenomenon that everyone knows it's real.
My only question is big hammer nun character from cbt leak related with the order or not?, since she is the only character in zzz that has religious vibe. Hopefully we might know more about the order in 1.4-1.6 then introduce them as main antagonist for 2.0+ bacause zzz is the only hoyo game that don't have antagonist faction like fatui/abyss order or stellaron hunter/annihilation gang

seriously the fandom were already not as big nor have as much fandom activities as other hoyogames, so seeing mostly softcore prn/horny postings as well as only fanarts on social medias is so sad for a lore fan like me. this game's lore is so fine tuned i wish there r dedicated forums that summary the lores for ppl too busy like this vids

While the advertising garnered an audience and I'm fine with some fanservice here and there, the main thing I like about ZZZ lore is that its easy to understand on the surface but gets complex if you dig into it which is perfect for casuals, unlike other gacha game lore that gets too complicated for someone who's not too into lore.
My theory is that one of the leaked female characters (I believe she's callled Lucia) is actually from that Order cult, given how she dresses like a nun.
6:41 Did you not pay attention to the dialogue? She is "officially" responsible, meaning, that's the story that the press sells. A few lines after that one and they declare their intention to find out who the "true culprit" is. It's clear that the name mentioned was used as a scapegoat.
Did you not watch the part after that? It mentions that she could've been coerced or manipulated which would basically line up with what you're saying. I don't know why some people like to call out "mistakes" as soon as they happen when they're literally addressed if you just kept watching the whole thing. That's the whole point of this video too. It's to recap what people would likely glance over when skipping dialogue.
Go to the event page in HDD and Database Collection. Switch the tab from virus info to the next and you will get a journal. If not for that vid I would not notice that there was anything more to this event.....

I actually believe differently. "The Order" may not be the cult that worships hollow, but worships a single man, the one that bosses around Sarah. In my perspective, "The Order" may be a group of scientists, following that man as their lord, and "hollow" and "ether" are basically their nuke weapons rather than invaded catastrophe. Sarah may be the first successful ethereal that can completely mimic humans or the first successful human-ethereal hybrid. The "Sacrifices" may be that man's experimental subject for fun. All these beliefs, I think it will be better as they can establish this villain boss into the level that he is supposed to be, like Albert Wesker or Johan Liebert. Maybe, the final boss is totally an unarmed person, but he cannot be killed due to perhaps manipulative or intelligent nature. It is better with someone who invents doom for fun rather than a person who worships a catastrophe. ...and my additional opinion is that ZZZ still lacks solid villains other than the final boss. Like numerous gacha games, there are no villains who are actually getting under MC's skin, causing MC to enrage and show the menacing side like how a normal person can be. Maybe someone like Sparkle crawling under Belle's/Wise's skin for fun and being difficult to be eliminated even though MC call other agents to help, I personally want to see that, or at least someone that gives MC more complexity and memorable as a solid villain/villains.
"Seven Minutes. Seven Minutes is all I can spare to play with you." I honestly expect the main villain to something similar to Senator Armstrong than Albert Wesker. They are setting up the plot nicely, I hope they don't drop the ball and try to continue the story just to simply sell agents.

as much as we regard it as a filler patch, none of the main content inside were just a mere "Filler" quest. Remember this update is the grand opening of the entire Section 6 story arc. And possibly Phaeton's one too 😌
@@Bwooke You are describing filler content. Chapter 2 introduced us Belobog company, when also advancing the main plot. 1.1 just gave us Jane special story, which didn't give us any crucial information, just an introduction to the character. You can play 1.2 without knowing anything about it.

Jane was investigating how these criminals went out of sight of local hollows which is why she's infiltrating the lions gang to find their hideout. Turns out they hide in hollow zero through fissure and prepares a lot of supplies for it despite how dangerous HZ is. Now that the PUBSEC has known abt hollow zero hideout (thx to jane & seth), the special response team couldn't overlook this or leave it all to H.A.N.D as it may related to the cases they've been investigating (could be about The Order too) In conclusion, jane and the pubsec gang going to investigate hollow zero on the scene and may or may not inevitably clash with wise & belle in the future story. (Although take it with grain of salt as it just my speculation talking)

"We'll rid ourselves of human weaknesses and become perfect lifeforms" "This will be the next step of human evolution" "The hollow apocalypse was a gift from the gods and ether must cover the entire world" "Humanity was a mistake and must end" yadayadayada... something among those lines... If satanists exist even though we can't prove that thing is real, imagine how easy it would be to start a cult based on a supernatural phenomenon that everyone knows it's real.

seriously the fandom were already not as big nor have as much fandom activities as other hoyogames, so seeing mostly softcore prn/horny postings as well as only fanarts on social medias is so sad for a lore fan like me. this game's lore is so fine tuned i wish there r dedicated forums that summary the lores for ppl too busy like this vids

While the advertising garnered an audience and I'm fine with some fanservice here and there, the main thing I like about ZZZ lore is that its easy to understand on the surface but gets complex if you dig into it which is perfect for casuals, unlike other gacha game lore that gets too complicated for someone who's not too into lore.

6:41 Did you not pay attention to the dialogue? She is "officially" responsible, meaning, that's the story that the press sells. A few lines after that one and they declare their intention to find out who the "true culprit" is. It's clear that the name mentioned was used as a scapegoat.
Did you not watch the part after that? It mentions that she could've been coerced or manipulated which would basically line up with what you're saying. I don't know why some people like to call out "mistakes" as soon as they happen when they're literally addressed if you just kept watching the whole thing. That's the whole point of this video too. It's to recap what people would likely glance over when skipping dialogue.

Go to the event page in HDD and Database Collection. Switch the tab from virus info to the next and you will get a journal. If not for that vid I would not notice that there was anything more to this event.....

I actually believe differently. "The Order" may not be the cult that worships hollow, but worships a single man, the one that bosses around Sarah. In my perspective, "The Order" may be a group of scientists, following that man as their lord, and "hollow" and "ether" are basically their nuke weapons rather than invaded catastrophe. Sarah may be the first successful ethereal that can completely mimic humans or the first successful human-ethereal hybrid. The "Sacrifices" may be that man's experimental subject for fun.
All these beliefs, I think it will be better as they can establish this villain boss into the level that he is supposed to be, like Albert Wesker or Johan Liebert. Maybe, the final boss is totally an unarmed person, but he cannot be killed due to perhaps manipulative or intelligent nature. It is better with someone who invents doom for fun rather than a person who worships a catastrophe.
...and my additional opinion is that ZZZ still lacks solid villains other than the final boss. Like numerous gacha games, there are no villains who are actually getting under MC's skin, causing MC to enrage and show the menacing side like how a normal person can be. Maybe someone like Sparkle crawling under Belle's/Wise's skin for fun and being difficult to be eliminated even though MC call other agents to help, I personally want to see that, or at least someone that gives MC more complexity and memorable as a solid villain/villains.

as much as we regard it as a filler patch, none of the main content inside were just a mere "Filler" quest. Remember this update is the grand opening of the entire Section 6 story arc. And possibly Phaeton's one too 😌
They said the next special agent story is supposed to connect the section 6 to Phaethon's story.
@@Bwooke You are describing filler content. Chapter 2 introduced us Belobog company, when also advancing the main plot. 1.1 just gave us Jane special story, which didn't give us any crucial information, just an introduction to the character. You can play 1.2 without knowing anything about it.
@@JavBritpopalthough i agree jane's speacial episode had nothing to do with main story, it connects to the more broad zzz world lore. Jane was investigating how these criminals went out of sight of local hollows which is why she's infiltrating the lions gang to find their hideout. Turns out they hide in hollow zero through fissure and prepares a lot of supplies for it despite how dangerous HZ is.
Now that the PUBSEC has known abt hollow zero hideout (thx to jane & seth), the special response team couldn't overlook this or leave it all to H.A.N.D as it may related to the cases they've been investigating (could be about The Order too)
In conclusion, jane and the pubsec gang going to investigate hollow zero on the scene and may or may not inevitably clash with wise & belle in the future story.
(Although take it with grain of salt as it just my speculation talking)
