Brother if you will remember I'm the one who told you to use some of the funds to better your current situation. If you will now heed my advice most of the things you listed you can learn online and do yourself. Plumbing for example is mainly pvc pipe and glue. The roof I understand you might not be physically capable of however get your son or a friend to help. Usually it's just a sheet of plywood nails tar paper and shingles. As for the mice check the perimeter of the house there's most likely a few entrances for them. Seal them off with a caulk. Yt diy repairs it's honestly not that hard I get your physical situation isn't great but just do a little here and there while you can bcuz you can. Love you.
Prayer's brother. I feel you. Im on low income housing and we deal with black mold, bad ventillation, neighbors with cockroaches and bed bugs. It is ridiculous how dirty and lazy people can be. Our landlord is greedy and doesnt paint or repair squat. It is what it is. I use to have money and now below poverty level. Im happier now with less items and the wisdom i gained. Also maybe if you contacted various local churches and asked would they allow you to use facilities for a Bible study group, you might be surprised! I recently listened to a David Pawson talk about how they ended up funding repair works on a local Catholic church after a storm because they had a prophetic message to reach out to other local churches. Within all those local churches are many people professing a faith in Jesus Christ, they may not have correct doctrine but some of them may be open to studying more

Make a mix of plaster of Paris w/powder chicken or beef broth. Set it near their entrance. Use the plaster to fix holes. You can use the dresser boards as shelves to set things on on the wall. Toliet plumbing I wouldn't worry. I lived that way with no toilet. Just a bucket and bowel to pour it in the hole till a friend got tired of visiting and put a working toilet in for himself, lol 😂. I'm in need of an electrician. I laughed to hear what your mother did with the cords. My breaker shuts off and I also must use a chord in the kitchen for the appliances. With all these things being taken, it reminded me of my childhood. I smiled up at God and said thank you. You are preparing me for the lack that is too come so.i may bare it and endure. Walking this part out is not fun! But It is Written to trust in Yah with ALL your heart and not lean in your own understanding. That in ALL your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct/straighten your path. Yah is our goal and aim. Nothing that can be done to stop any of it now. Just based on all we are enduring and the way the power players are kind of acting out end time biblical prophecies. The way they’re portraying everything could lead people to think there is still several or many years left. While I’m being told that by most everyone, it seems like a lie and it feels like we are very close to the end of all of this.
