fundal dominance, polarity ,contraction retraction ,formation of upper and lower uterine segment ,formation of retraction ring ,cervical dilation and effacement these are not physiological changes in 1st stage of labour somewhere I have read these all are physiological changes but in book only cervical dilation and effacement and formation of lower uterine segments is given which is correct plzz kindly reply
@@ruralhospitalanjangaone1252 Then under which heading do these all points come in, if not in physiological changes??? Simply all mentioned physiological changes happen during 1st stage of labour, and this is the physiological adaptation only, so must come in this only.
