@JustaTech I tried this on my Ipad 5th gen that had 16.7 version, it was able to jailbreak and also registration was successful the last step when the activation happened its also rebooted the device but didnt bypass now the device is not getting recognised by the system i have used multiple cables but no go ... any suggestions please

Check model again ipad mini last for ios 12 not ios 9 you are seeing the model wrong probably its ipad mini 1 not ipad mini 2. For ipad mini 1 mac required and Arduino box or dcsd cable, and if ipad mini 2 on old ios update to ios 12 then use Checkra1n+ iCloud bypass tool ( video already on my channel)
