今回はウェスティンホテル横浜に宿泊してきたのでご紹介します。
国内6軒目となるウェスティンブランド『ウェスティンホテル横浜』が2022年6月にみなとみらい地区に開業。
最寄駅のみなとみらい駅から徒歩約6分、桜木町駅から徒歩約15分の所にあります。
42平米以上の客室、ウェスティンホテルの代名詞と言われる『ヘブンリーベッド』をすべての客室に設置。その名の通り、ベットに入ると直ぐに眠りにつき快眠でした。
5階のウェルネスフロアには、ヘブンリースパ、最先端のフィットネスジム、温水プールなどを完備。

I am a lifetime platinum member of Marriott and I have to say this was the most difficult hotel stay of all my trips to Japan. I have never honestly experienced such a stressful stay at a Bonvoy property.
It started from the moment I checked in. I was asked to make reservations for my visits to the lounge and when I did visit the lounge I was given continuous notifications of my allotted time at the designated table. I traveled alone to this hotel for business in Yokosuka and usually dine fairly quickly.
To say the staff was authoritarian was an understatement. The property was amazing and the rooms were incredible but the staff were less than hospitable. I will not return to this hotel.
