Bayley is a clear favorite but could you imagine? Piper vs Nia is a much more interesting SummerSlam main event than Nia vs. anyone smaller. And why not have Bayley and Naomi in the tag division to give an actual threat to Bianca and Jade
Bayley is more of a bigger name and more popular merch wise. I can't imagine them going into SummerSlam with Piper vs Nia. At best, if the Bayley/Piper match is an A+, they rematch at a SmackDown date.

@AEW should consider reformatting Collision or Rampage by making the titleholder of the woman’s championships the central storylines mixed in with titles that are exchanged between rival promotions. Then you hire a Becky Lynch to launch it while drawing more talent away from the WWE. It shouldn’t be female exclusive so much as an inverted format in that women are dominating the storylines and formats with male interjections and assonance.

@@elmulato7038 she doesn’t have to. It’s simply using someone like that to use in order to anchor this format. I don’t really care about the individual performers so much as the overall show I’m watching. A female led show on a Friday night isn’t a bad thing to bet on for ratings.

I’ll tell you something, she doesn’t need to go back to WWE; she’s better off in the indies, she has nothing else to do on the E. Her career peaked already on that promotion. Her choice of going to AEW is not a bad move. She’s getting paid more, she can go wrestle in Japan anytime, and more days off. House shows are good and give more freedom than working on tv, but doing them weekly rises the risk of injuries. That’s how Seth Rollins blew up his ACL back in 2015.

I don’t get the fascination with her to be honest. Seen her a few times live - she’s definitely not over with the fans. She’s slow in the ring and sloppy at times. Sure she’s a passionate person but her biggest moment was some minor exchange with bubba ray on twitter…
