@@kgcustomscalemodles4762 no, no decals in the kit. I think there are aftermarket decals for the deck. Out of the box you have to paint the markings. Lots of masking.

My tamiya kit, ( haven't started yet) came with a decal set, but only for island and around elevators and flags..

No, it comes unpainted. You have to provide the paints and glue.
