I just had wings last Saturday with the same sauce from BWW on a gas grill and they were really good. I really would like KJ...., at some point after my gas grill dies. You make good videos and have a beautiful family. Cheers
Make sure you slide the Joetisserie forward and your lid of the Kamado Joe will seal better and eliminate the gap I was seeing. It still was a great cook and the final result looked delicious!! There is also a clip that will hold the lid down tight once you slide the rotisserie forward. Again, Great video!
Looks great, and forget what others say. Like a commercial sauce, use it! I love getting spices and sauces as gifts, trying all the different things out there is fun. Wouldn't get that making my own.
You are living every single man who lived in iowa who's name is Duncan's dream to live in a condo overlooking an inland mountain range with a Kamado Joetisserie making wings
Let me introduce you to the 5 P's - Proper preparation prevents poor performance - watching you having to remove the seal from the sauce at 13:45; those are seconds of my life I won't get back. ;-)
This was cringe worthy. You need to use the KJ basket with the divider. Place coals on the back side away from wing basket or any food on the spit rod.
