The first guide - installing Android 9 / pie worked absolutely perfect. This one - Android 10 Q - worked just as described until the inverted smiley which you can see in the video - at that point - i waited for a long long time - the video fast tracks that part and does not give any insights unfortunately as to how long we can expect to wait - anyway, it did not seem like a normal wait - so i gave up and installed Android Pie back. Note that doing so - the fingerprint no longer works! lol. Trying to work that one out - i see i am not the only one having the issue - but it worked perfectly the first time - when i followed AbsolutelyTechie guide religiously. a Pity - i was actually looking forward to upgrading to Android 10. BTW, another set of videos that would be very useful is around how do we keep the system up to date after we do this one time custom ROM upgrade. All this is easy and simple to you - but remember, for your audience, we just follow you and your expert advice, often without really knowing or understanding what we are doing - your lead is therefore must appreciated.
btw - the first guide - android pie - talks about installing magisk while setting up TWRP - this new guide does not mention that at all - but on the Telegram chat, i saw people say another versoin of magisk needs to be installed - i have no idea what the talk is about and who to follow - the absolutelytechie video for android 10 never mentions anything about magisk. so i did not bother with it. i don't know if that's why it failed to boot? (i think i let it boot for like an hour before giving up on the inverted smiley with the bowl moving left to right... see video 4:38 to 4:50...)

Umm... I need help here. So I installed the latest and greatest android Q rom and when i tried to boot into it I got stuck at the boot logo. I have cleaned my phone many times, I also tried different android Q variants and releases and I still get stuck at the boot logo. Also I don't really know if this helps but when I install any kind of rom they tend to install pretty quickly, and without any errors (or it would seem so) also roms are usually about 500mb. So I just wanted to ask for help, I want to know what am I doing wrong or what I missed.

Since you mod put an custom ROM you need to put custom recovery like twrp so first thing that replaced is your stock recovery after this you can root your phone by putting an magisk or su zip file in this stage before root you can take a backup your stock image as it is in an external SD card usb or internally so when you flash a custom ROM if you decide you can boot again in recovery power button home button and volume up go restore and you have again your stock ROM but if you don't take backup your stock ROM is gonna replaced by the custom ROM also you can restore this file with no need of computer just your phone you can of course find your model of your phone and search for stock ROM in samobile but is time consuming better to use this method take backup tha image of stock phone before procced hope this helps any questions will be answered
Its ok J. T. bro.. Rooted android phone is where you have the root user access in linux, which is the kernel in Android phone. All in all rooted devices give you more privileges than a normal phone to modify/edit the ui and performance

It will work only on exynos version. Also if your network provider is only Volte then it won't work
