TBF Jiu was the first true limited character and I think the idea back then was to go full P5 on Jiu, I think they are not longer going behind the idea of getting full P5 on limited characters due to how often they are released now, I have p5 jiu and she still hit like a truck. Also, she is quite bad on multi targets as her follow up attacks (where most of her dps comes) are ST and it hit the lowest hp enemy, so in MT a lot of her dps is wasted on really low hp enemies. I have high hopes that she gets buffed on her re-run anniversary (assuming she gets a re run).
@SeigramPlaysReverse1999 yea with the newer unit hitting harder and having no weird condition. They need to remove that from Jiu, and the one when her channel gets canceled if hit by an ulti
It's funny how people tend to dismiss the fact that J's currently the only charc that has consistent dmg uptime against enemies outside the team's turn, AND with decent dmg that gets better as the battle goes on, AND also works as a Shielder pretty well which will get even better when Babel gets her Euphoria. Seriously, having J in the team basically provides ample dmg against enemies even on the first couple of rounds, when the majority of your DPSes need time to ramp 😅
Also the fact that J's pretty much THE BEST 37's follow-up enabler with the absurd amount of extra attacks he can dish out (and when Babel's Euphoria arrives, it will get even wilder)
@@trinhpvz3183 that's cause they all rely on the dmg calculator that is based on 3 turns Ultimate rotation. And assuming J start from full health, against ST enemy that doesn't attack, he is no doubt a shit unit. But that's not true for most fights! He has been consistently pretty good since I got him, even in ST fights and will get better when Reverie comes. But there is no argument with meta slaves, they only believe what they believe.
i usually calls j "glass cannon with a shield" lol. just replayed the game cuz i was interested in his kit and he helped me to beat limbo much faster than my previous acc (also with the help of queen lucy in the other team) i used to hate low hp playstyles but he's my most well built char rn, mf somehow revolutionized risk taking gameplay for me (im a coward and didnt play much games lol) glad to see another j appreciatior brotheur ✌
@@natalievam7036 exactly man, I was so annoyed debating with that person calling J 1.0 DPS, cause I created an account in CN in 2.1, and J helped me clear everything comfortably once I max him to i3 lvl 1. They who never experienced it and just rely on numbers they saw from websites will never understand how good J is.

I finished this stage with Lucy in just 2 rounds. My team was Semmel, Leilani, and Lorelei. You know what, in Limbo 1-1, 2-1, all the way to 6-1, I only used 6, Kakania, Mercuria, and Necrologist. I don’t have any other DPS, just a bunch of supports 😭
J is consistent with dmg, he got even better in the raid like bellows of the earth or darkness of the abyss, which he dealt a lot of damage through his mass attack which kill the minions quickly and reduce boss' hp, and the riposte is breaking the "turn based" rule (my team is J, Isolde, Getian, and Dessert Flannel) While Windsong need some rounds to stack her incantation and collect moxie first (if you want to max the dmg) which you need more sustain/healer unit in raid, but her ultimate with high stack of measure dealt a lot of dmg, she strong yet just give her some time Jiu Niangzi is quite flexible, you could built her with ultimate might or incantation might which both are good as well, she went very good in marsh creation raid (which I only use low budget support) or maybe it just her having the afflatus advantage?
@ayasarfox6252 the afflatus definitely helped Jiu in Marsh Creation but overall dmg she does drop compared to Windsong and Lucy, but she is still very easy to use and without much condition she deal high dmg as well, I still prefer to use her for general content clearing mobs quickly. She also is supposingly the best FUA unit we have, but J also doing a good job at this now.

@ayasarfox6252 I think they did a mistake with Windsong but the funny thing is that, the release the new tuning the next patch which makes Windsong even stronger, then to make ppl pull for Lucy, they made her stronger, so Jiu got powercrept
@@luc148 ah I actually watch video on Anjo Nala as much to understand her rotation yet especially with different pairing, which is why I didn't continue with the team recommendation guide yet that I shared on burn team. Let me watch a few more then I will know what portray would be good. But whatever it is.. U should get Lopera too. Maybe get 1 copy of Anjo then wait for lopera, if u still got resource, then get portray for Anjo
@luc148 U will need her, if I am not mistaken, Reverie does need 3 teams And she is suitable to be slot in most team. I always prioritize support unit over dps
@WyldChoerry possibly, or she gets included in the general pool and becomes not limited. But hope she gets Euphoria soon. But then if that happens, felt like it's power creeping Lilya again for the FUA team. Maybe if that's the case I will go the Ult build for lilya's euphoria.
