This is a song briefly about reincarnation about illusion. The illusion of life the illusion of the finality of death. I like to leave interpretation open ended and not have anything be too on the nose. But I’ve been asked for an explainer. So the gist of it is: Life is a beautiful painful movie until the pale rider comes to show us our true essence. And then it happens all over again.

I loved everything about this. Wholly unique. The lyrics, the music, the performance in the video, all of it. A proper old school video - like a short film.
I love the sound, the lyrics, and that curled-lip drawl in your voice, a la Elvis Presley. Brilliant! If the rest of the LP is anything like this, I'll be adding it to my collection ASAP. Just wish we didn't have to wait 'til February!

I recently had an in depth conversation with a friend about the state of rock n roll & I shared just how dead I think it is, but my buddy strongly disagreed & suggested that I listen to a few new acts including Vera Sola. So today, I was watching a video about wild moose lol kinda random, but the commercial for this song came up, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised because not only was my friend right but this track & video is a whole vibe...10s across the board!! 👍🏾👍🏾
