I had a science class in collage all about cut flowers. Hydrangeas need LOTS of water. Like change the water and cut about 1/4” in a diagonal every 3days. Also instead of a dark bathroom they are better in a common area that gets some natural sun. If they look like theyre giving up on life ADD WATER! Most of the time thats all they need.
