Almost every helicopter needs a buff and a lot of older vehichles too. It's never too late for a Rhino Mk. II
Rhino should just go back to its 2013/2014 glory days. The Rhino was such a beast back then.

I just wanna land without the sparrow smoking and beeping. Even if I land it carefully I take damage. Also, why didn’t they just let us have the sea sparrow in the sub? Landing isn’t an issue in the sea sparrow cos of the floaties it has on it.

Sea Sparrow really needs countermeasures and kosatka storage as well. Never needed the sparrow to begin with.
The Sea Sparrow not being the dedicated helicopter for the Kosatka was just a dumb choice.
I don't feel it needs a buff. The sparrow is a scout vehicle it hits hard and runs fast, it can also dodge rockets pretty easily. The skids do need to be changed so we can land safely. The Conada, savage, Valkyrie and annihilators all need big buffs
Flying bike spawns next ro ur foot immediately is hard af to hit with chopper rockets and other pos bike rockets. Sparrow sumtimes never spawns and blows up in 1 shot. All choppers need a buff. Years ago.
U try to spawn a chopper it takes 15 seconds to spawn or never spawns the gives u a timer.bike carry 20rockets and is hard to hit.
Shouldn't have to spawn a toreader to take care of trash mk2 nerds.
dodge missiles? who would attempt to dodge in a 1 hit kill vehicle where if you have bad luck your dead instantly? not me i'll bail if someone shoots a missile at my helicopter. too much of a risk to pull up and have it still hit and die.

Ditch the glass skids, that’s all. But we also live in a world where you can store the Sparrow and not the Sea Sparrow in the Kosatka so clearly not a lot a thought goes into these things.
Sparrow doesn’t need it, but a slight armor or collision damage buff can’t hurt. Could further help it vs the mk2 in battles or in terms of utility
Buff the fuck out of the Bombushka, give it slow firing long range explosive cannons like the raiju, make it take 10-15 rockets to knock down.
Helicopters in general need to not die after 2 min of smoking like how naturally spawned helis can get shot up and keep on going
for real, it's a stupid nd frustrating feature that makes helis even more obsolete and weak

honestly if it had the bouncy rails like the buzzard it would be fine as is or let us use the sea sparrow like the current sparrow i.e. store it in sub and spawns next to you.
I just don't land the sparrow. Just parachute to your destination and call in a new one if needed after the cooldown

Stealth annihilator needs a armor buff too
No matter how soft someone lands that chopper it takes collision damage which is the problem, not how much. Just put Buzzard skids on the Sparrow so that they have some flexibility.
I thought the sea sparrow was what they were buffing at first. That would make sense but the kosakta sparrow is fine the way it is
They really need to make it an option to be able to upgrade the kosatka sparrow to a sea Sparrow or make it that way by default
I love the sparrow, but the last thing it needs is a buff. It's already the fastest helicopter in game AND has missiles AND counter-measures AND can be spawned instantly through the interaction menu. It's low HP is the only thing keeping it remotely balanced. On the other hand, every other combat chopper in the game DESPERATELY needs more armor, better weapons and more convenient spawning so players would actually have a reason to choose them over the sparrow.
You know what yeah you're right but it definitely need some changes to what Ghillie already pointed out with the collision bullshit and it's armor of hp being so shit getting smooch by the ground and blow up is annoying I hope the buff is just Those things changing if it isn't then it's just another C* Slop update
For real though! BUT, I have to admit the one reason I don't use the Sparrow really ever is because it likes to blow up so easy if you just land a little bit roughly, whereas every other chopper can crash land 5x harder at least once and be fine. Now THAT aspect of the Sparrow does indeed need buffed. It's ridiculous that landing it alone can kill it! ...Or the mere fact it spawns in the road and NPCs are such dogshit that often enough just them pushing it aside will 'destroy it'. That's asinine man.
If my helicopter explodes because i kissed the ground a little too hard it needs a buff
maybe its me being a gta 4 veteran sniping annihilator pilots out back then but the sparrow would not be busted, i could easily shoot a pilot out of the sparrow or at lease get it smoking with the minigun alone depends on how good they are. if they can 1 hit with the missile and never miss most likely we would double KO each other in the span of 3 seconds. so i dont see how a buff would break it. heck if you use a sniper and never miss a shot the sparrow cant even get near you to see you.

The landing damage needs to be fixed, I agree. But if they buff the armor and counter measures too much, we will end up with another overpowered griefing tool that sweats will use constantly.
Another thing that would persuade me off my OP2, would be to permit the Sparrow to be called across to you when it's already on the map. Yes, I know you can destroy it and call it in, but sometimes you don't have the time to blow it up and the ability to just call it over would increase the versitility of the Helicopter no end (and why, in hell's name, did R* decide the timer needed to be put on it when it's put away, rather than from the time you request it)!

I'm really into that "and more" section lmao. Like, there's a LOT of vehicles needing armor buff, and not only that. Hydra could have B11's armor stats so it won't be as obsolete compared to Raiju as it is now. Volatol, Alkonost, Chernobog, RCV, Tampa, anything that's big but fragile as a vase for some reason.
I think the main buff that it needs is against BULLETS. All it takes is 2-3 npcs firing at it for a split second and suddenly it will start smoking. Collision would be nice too though.

It just need a buff from collision damage and a slight buff from taking damage when in PVE situations with NPCs firing shots at it....especially those rapid fire aimbots.

It’s incredibly fragile and the landing being part of the body is why it needs a buff. Keep everything else the same.

i think the rough landing is attributed to the fact that the sparrow still has the floats that the sea sparrow has, they’re just invisible, hence why the sparrow floats on water until you get out of it
Sparrow collision damage cut in half would be great. Also, standard armor upgrades like other vehicles would be great too, so you could do more than one mission with it before it becomes useless because of a few enemy NPCs with pistols
Wouldn't want them to ruin it or make it worse in their attempt to improve it but deffinitly needs a strength and durability increase
Yea, honestly the only buff it needs is to not instantly smoke out during a "rough" landing (even a small bumpy landing can start the death clock on this thing) and the traditional armor upgrades (20, 60 etc stuff).
Beyond that i think it just needs more cosmetic upgrades, like color options, basic liveries, engine upgrades (like changing the chrome for primary or secondary colors) imo
I dont think it needs much of a buff because its already one of if not the most used heli. an updated model to give it functioning suspension for landing would also fix that issue but idk if its meant to have it. basically just make it function like youd think as you say and its fine, but make sure to also apply these changes to the sea sparrow, because that exists and they should be the same.
other helis annoyingly are kind of hard to comment on buffs vs nerfs because the state of the game inherently leans towards them being worse than other things. id say
Savage = great as is, perfect glass cannon
Hunter = the armour might be a bit too much, especially given its co-op offensive capabilities
Valkryie = should get an armour buff to be a bit more than a new hunter, but less than the current hunter?
Anahilator = more damage for the guns without being explosive or make the current gins *slightly* explosive, then a slight armour upgrade
Buzzard = seems to be fine? countermeasures would be nice, if it gets it though then the anahilator should also get them
Akula = honestly maybe nerf it a bit in some aspect? I feel its just a bit too good all-round given its off the radar gimmick
Stealth Anihilator = any change would be dependant on a nerf to the Akula and normal Anihilator, make it like an Akula with better machine guns and is a bit heavier but with more passenger space, but slightly worse guns than the normal Anihilator that doesnt get stealth, idk, its all a give and take
Weaponized Conada = Give it the buzzard MGs, some missile options, hell try new missile types on it, then slight armour like the Anihilator proposed above, it should be a Buzzard but a bit more combat oriented at the cost of not being able to spawn it right next to you? that seems like a good place for it

Others already said it, but they should’ve just let us store the Sea Sparrow in the Kosatka. It just need some countermeasures, landing on water and on land without smoking would be nice. They both could have better durability and armor though, especially against bullets.
I think the Buzzard really need a buff. Upgrades to armor, engine, handling, and either countermeasures or stealth, remove missile cooldown as well.
The Cargobob need a buff. Upgrades to armor, engine, handling and countermeasures, also give it the longer wire seen in missions and less restrictions to pick up vehicles.
It would be cool if they buffed the Annihilator Stealth to make it more useful in missions I think.
I wish all helicopters had the speed and engine power increase from flying out of the Hangar permanently!
The best combat heli in modern gta is probably the akula, allows you to stealthily drop bombs from above railgun camera height.
Stealth mode doesn’t make you invisible and they shoot you one time and you’re smoking

What I really want is the Seasparrow in the Kosatka. The Sparrow is great but it can be such a hassle when a mission involves water and there's no way I'm calling a personal Seasparrow. It would also make the most sense for a submarine stored helicopter
The Valkyrie really needs a buff!
I do wonder if the landing gear is programmed wrong because maybe the Sparrow is truly just the Sea Sparrow without the pontoons. I feel the pontoons are the gear when it lands, and without them it takes damage unlike others like the Buzzard and Maverick. Maybe R* should have a Sea Sparrow upgrade to fix the problem and have a water craft as a bonus.

The sparrow really only needs 1 thing....countermeasures. Other than that, it's good. Extremely fast, fairly accurate missiles. The countermeasures would make it an extremely feared helicopter.
I think that all choppers should be able to tank at least one rocket but leaving the aircraft in like a critical state in which it can’t go up
whats with people getting orbital cannon in my lobbies? it seems like every lobby im in theres always this 1 random player getting hit with the orbital cannon 2 or 3 times in a row.
I use the Sparrow for Cayo Perico setup missions. I don't need armor, I need it to not turn into a smoking pile of shit when I land that struggles to get me back to the sub afterwards.

I think it will be amazing if every vehicle, instead of instantly blowing up after taking explosive damage, will go in a "disabled" state first. It will make things much more cinematic and cool.
in my honest opinion, i think other vehicles should be buffed first. (Chernobog, Anihilator, Rhino, AA Trailers, etc etc) Keep in mind that you can easily call out a sparrow through the interaction menu in less then 2-3 seconds if you're fast enough. It is a trump card for ground fights if you know how to use it, however it can easily just be shot out of the sky by one well placed railgun shot. You've also gotta keep in mind that the Sparrow is generally a lightweight helicopter, 80% of it is just metal framing and has no distinct flashy design features because of that, therefore it makes sense it would take so much damage upon a rough-ish landing and doesn't take much bullets to get it smoking simply because the engine is exposed behind the pilot's cabin, along with the sparrow being light means the materials it is built out of (realistically) would easily cave to a few 9MM shots.
TL;DR
Sparrow is fast, lightweight, and extremely manuverable. It does not need a buff.
The landing problem needs to be fixed. It should also have at least a little bullet resistance. But if they are going to do a corresponding nerf that they are keeping secret as the "other shoe" to drop, leave it alone. We need this buff and NO NERF. They also need to stop spawning it in stupid places like where the thing blows up as soon as you board it because of a nearby telephone pole (or one time it actually spawned in the garage of a house!).
It definitely needs a landing armour buff just landing to quickly causes it to smoke out plus it’s spawn can be buggy inside walls where it blows up
Kinda what you said. Maybe just give the sparrow slightly more damage resistance. So it doesn’t immediately smoke after a slight bump or a few bullets.
It wouldn’t make sense for them to increase its explosive resistance. Why should the sparrow get armor upgrades, but not other similar helicopters, like its sea sparrow counterpart, the buzzard, konada, etc
The thing that needs a buff is the Buzzard Rockets against NPC's, as those, HOLY CRAP DO THEY SUCK, not this, although I wouldnt mind it being more resistant to hard landings, however that also means that if you run into it with a car, it wouldnt insta explode, which is both a good thing, and a bad thing
I wouldn’t mind if the Sparrow got a buff to its explosive resistance like railguns or anything such, cause almost every heli nowadays is just too easily taken down by the railgun and I do t think it would be a problem to give the sparrow armor similar to the starling, pyro and etc cause it definitely can use it, and yes 100% it needs to be able to not smoke no where near as easy when landing just a bit too hard
i don’t want the sparrow to be overpowered or anything. it’s already one of the most used helicopters in the game. i just don’t want it to break when i spawn it in and have to wait for the cooldown. there’s been lots of times when i’m doing the cayo perico heist where ill spawn the sparrow at the airport after the gather intel mission and it’ll just break cuz it spawned too close to a wall. i wouldn’t mind r* getting rid of the rough landing thing too.
They need to buff the weaponized tampas armor
Give the conoda armor and flares or let it be accessible from the ceo menu
The Chernobog is something that needs a massive armor upgrade, maybe to the level of the APC.

Things are need to improve and additional, and changes in GTA Online including story mode:
[IMPROVED]
1. The amount of RP from eliminating enemies on contact mission, will be greatly increase at 25RP > 100RP and other rest on vehicle encounter 31RP > 125RP; but should add 300RP bonus for headshot.
2. Health regeneration that needs to be improved that restored full health, rather partial at 50% after sustaining damage more than 50%.
3. Nightclub goods has very long to produce in each unit, that means should greatly reduce the timer to ensure sell frequently often.
4. Guns damage input needs a buff genuinely, so that means no more peashooter after all.
[ADDITIONAL]
1. Able to sell clothing items in any clothing store; that you don't need, to make more tidy in your wardrobe.
2. Able to dye tires and stock rims both cars and motorcycle, but for cars able to change rims separately and add visual of tires and't more customization adding that are missing on certain vehicles.
3. Repair tool that repaired damage vehicle including the windows which is useful during mission like I/E, client vehicle request, special cargo etc. which can be bought on Ammu-Nation/Weapon Workshop.
4. More MK2 guns upgrade added in weapon workshop on Service vehicle.
5. Personal vehicle and Personal aircraft should able use in same time, also Service Vehicle should able request all at once and Special Vehicle also.
6. Able to jog inside of clothing store.
7. Able to manage action which ever you want to make tidy than usual, just like the radio, phone contact, and map blimp.
8. Can be allow to record clips during a lap dance on all 3's: Apartment, Yacht, and, Strip Club; also add one camera that allowed to rotate and zoom while lap dancing (Next Gen and PC only)
9. Dismemberment mode in settings under gameplay that set off as default. That can switch to 'on' to make the game more realistic gruesome. If feeling unconscious turn dismemberment off.
10. Able to toggle alter cussing under settings in audio on/off (on by default) if off then the npcs will give bleep sound whatever they cussed.
11. More attachments added in guns that are missing both stock and MK2.
12. Add couple new sitting posture both male and female
13. Able customized colour of clothings and allow mixed any that aren't suitable.
14. Able to change length of facial hair and hair, then a fade (male only). And long hairstyle for both male and female.
15. Character creation should have something new that able to edit the limbs, upper body, and lower body.
16. HUD R/G/B customization and additional feature, like adding hitmarker display and AR/SR complex crosshair should add little dot in the centre. Shotguns should have new complex crosshair design like dashed circle with little dot in the middle.
17. They should add a chevron display icon, middle of your screen if your gun not aimed down.
[CHANGES]
1. The number display on in-game cash should have a comma in each 3 digits, and same with RP number display but needs slightly bigger font. Then add RP scientific notation like: 33,066,009/33,105,800 > 39,791
2. Minimized NPC accuracy that shoot like clone trooper.
3. NPC drops pile of 20 bills that gives less $30 when collected rather making looting them to get the cash even more.
4. Special Cargo: if buying a cargo it should be stored on select in any minute onto the warehouse, then should add steal option that cost free. But the prize for buying expended: 1 crate = $1,500 2 crate = $3,000, 3 crate = $12,000
5. Player kill feed alternate settings like [Combat MG MK2]
6. If a player is not in register as boss and orbited someone, they'll payed $1M because they spawned in hospital in once after
The thing is you can land the Sparrow softly. This is modeled off a Bell 47 non weaponized helicopter. It should not be armed to begin with. I wish RS modeled based off real world counterpart. The Buzzard was an armed light attack helicopter based off them Boeing AH-6. Yes it’s just a game but if you’re going to clone a vehicle , at least put it in the correct role. For the record both the Akula and Raiju should have countermeasures.
To be honest, I wish we could get the water floats that the regular sea sparrow has, I know certain missions has a weaponized sea sparrow with the floats, why not give it to the Sub Sparrow.
I don't think so personally. It's not meant to be a front line fighter. It's a transport aircraft that happens to have missiles for missile and limited combat scenario.
Its agility makes it an excellent choice for PVP though and I don't mind seeing it buffed. It just doesn't need it.
I fly this helicopter in 1st person, I'll blow someone up then spawn kill them with the heli until they use their brains and pull out a minigun BUT that's when I get a nice little stream where the player would be and I line the box up with them fairly easily.
What I don't like is the fact that someone can shoot the windshield once and it shatter the glass but itd still be there until you smack the helicopter against something and the glass falls out. Regardless, if you fly 1st person with the sparrow and the windshield is screwed it makes it a lot harder. I also think they could buff the armor or something, bc when I fly in 1st person and I go to traverse back to the enemy more times than I'd like to admit I fly into a building or tree, not even that fast and immediately blow up. Or those times where you get caught on a tree and you just stay there being glitched around as a free kill. Landings for me aren't that hard, you just have to know what you're doing. I use my back rotor to spin a LOT (L1 and R1). Ya wouldn't understand it and I'd have to type for a lot more to explain but I use the golden rule while flying. If I turn one way I'm gonna turn the other way to balance out my flying.
Defensive upgrades worries me a little bit but armor upgrades is 100% needed if you were to get shot by a ceramic pistol then the thing would go down in like one shot will not go down but start smoking and it's kind of ridiculous because you go up to a mission you get shot a few times with someone holding an AR and the gun or not the gun the helicopter's already down which kind of sucks they need to upgrade that
If you spin in a tight circle left and LB or right really fast and descend as fast as possible the sparrow avoids all rockets bar Cherno.
The sparrow it cool I use it every 10 mins or so sometimes it needs to be faster in all directions not have more armour unless it’s like 5-8 rockets worth

Since the existent of railgun and players that want a cheap take down against helis I think the armor should definitely be buffed as I would love to be able to show off my sparrow and buzzard skills more often rather than taking a 1 shot explosion from a weapon that takes no skill to use against helis.
It needs to be tougher when you are setting it down! Even a seasoned, gentle pilot can destroy it just landing. Other than that it's fine
It's just the collision damage and countermeasures not working properly (not like there's a lot you can do about it anyways) for me sometimes.
Tired of calling my Sparrow and having an NPC bulldoze my chopper and having it smoke before I even enter the damned thing. Lightpoles/traffic lights are my biggest enemy when it comes to taking off.
Otherwise, it's just an S tier chopper and I can use it flawlessly.

They should blanket buff all weaponised helicopters. Just increase their speed and agility, give us the option to turn off auto stabilise and give them about 2-3x mire resistance to railguns or explosive sniper rounds. Their current resistance to rpgs and homing missiles wouldnt need to change with the other changes and they wouldnt be op, just fun

If someone is fighting with infantry weapons the could be using an adapter for a mouse and keyboard 2 connect it 2 there xbox vehicle combat is the way 2 go
Just soften its skids so its a bit flexible like the Buzzard. Less collision damage would be nice.
I do wish they would buff the Weaponized Conada. Its a cool looking helicopter. Just kinda lame otherwise. Especially for the price. Real burst fire rocket pods would be cool.
What the sparrow need is some god damm cushions on the bottom of it because every time you land multiple times is starts smoking

I only use mine for cayo set ups, kinda hate how it smokes with just a simple landing, it's need to be a little bit tougher in that regard imo 😅
While I do think the sparrow is generally a good helicopter, I've always considered it to be significantly weak in terms of toughness. Like the hard landing thing mentioned in the video, it seems just a small brush up against a building or mountain top, and it immediately starts whining and smoking. The same goes for taking bullet fire... not the best in that scenario either. Add that to the lack of defensive countermeasures, and yes, it absolutely does need a buff.
I would've preferred if the weaponized conada and the annihilator stealth got buffs instead.

I've never had an issue with the sparrow taking damage when landing. Now getting hit by a single car going 15 miles an hour? That's a different story.
Fix it's landing gear collision. I wouldn't be opposed to it getting buffed but other helicopters need it as well. Pretty much all the helis need buffed. I wish you could turn off the auto stabilization. Sparrow isn't really that much better than other helis, its just the mist convenient to call in.

I take out oppressors daily and chaff is incredible idk what they could possibly add but I’m all for it
The Stealth Annihilator needs a buff to hopefully it's apart of the MORE section of the Armor and Defensive part of the update. 🚁

missiles should have buzzard turning radius on all vehicles and oppressor mk 2 needs to be less bullet resistant on the bottom or introduce a weapon called the fly swatter
If they're tinkering with the Sparrow I wish they'd let us park the Sea Sparrow in the sub. I mean, WTF were they thinking leaving the floating chopper in the hangar while adding the non-floating one in the ocean-based DLC? #RockstarLogic

the sparrow takes damage to fast, so i have always use it as a disposable ride...Returning it and having a cool down is annoying. (Buzzard doesn't need to be returned before you request it again.) I usually parachute out of sparrow so i dont have to return it.
Poles have a higher kill count on sparrows than players

@williamhaynes7089 Yes, but you can't spam missiles, is slower, you need CEO, the Yatch defenses detect you, and no chaff/flares. There's no reason to go with Buzzard unless you need to take something down with the minigun.
Or if you are awful at landing.
Just needs collission buff. It clearly isnt a helicopter that should take multiple rockets. It should he fast agile conveniently spawn, but be weak.

Weaponized Conada has really need a buff 😭😭😭
Decreased collosion damage means no more bailing out 1000m in the sky once the beeping starts and the rotors stop spinning which is nice
Increased armor means mk2 dorks will be holding their small dick in their hands as their little hoverbike from 2018 is now even more so target practice 🤣
So now they are trying the make a helicopter version of the MK2 before the nerf
