it's craze how easily we self-sabotage predominantly people who struggle with overthinkin/ anxiety, ( unfavorable/negative thoughts and emotions)... just as we are kind to other people, giving them comfort, advice, words of encouragement etc maybe we should switch it up, not forget to pour out so much we left empty but also be kind to ourselves too...especially when it comes to failures change the perspective , instead take them as lessons... apologise to yourself, affirm yourself with positivity, try again.... big deal and a challenge however it's possible...im definitely on that journey as well....still learning to pat myself on my back sometimes, chin up and keep it moving & ❤believe I can
