🌟 Ingredients:
Sour curd 🥛
Water 💧
Gram flour (3 spoons) 🌾
Garlic (5-6 cloves) 🧄
Sweet neem leaves (8-10) 🌿
Turmeric (optional) 🌼
Secreat Ingredient ( reveled in video ) 🥜
Jaggery (1-1.5 spoons) or sugar (optional) 🍯
Ghee (2 spoons) 🧈
Mustard seeds (½ spoon) 🌱
Fenugreek seeds (½ spoon) 🌾
Dry red chili (1 piece) 🌶️
Cinnamon (1 piece) 🌲
Cloves (3 pieces) 🌸
Asafoetida (a pinch) 🌾
Fresh coriander (for garnish) 🌿
🥣 Method:
1. *Mix the Base*: Combine sour curd and water, then add gram flour to create a smooth mixture.
2. *Prepare the Masala*: Crush garlic and sweet neem leaves, Ginger, Chilli, Coriander Stems mix into the curd base.
3. *Cook*: Gradually add water while heating to achieve desired consistency. Add Secreat Ingredient powder for richness and jaggery for sweetness.
4. *Temper*: Heat ghee, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and other spices. Pour this tempering into the curry.
5. *Garnish*: Finish with fresh coriander for a burst of freshness!
