    Check some videos on how to deadlift properly, mate. This way, you are gonna injure yourself.

      Just yanks it right off the ground. Also, does a belt even help if you're not creating intra-abdominal pressure?

      @@stephanevuchinic4537 I dont think so... I particularly do not like the position of his shoulder blades, it makes his back incredibly curved.
