its unfortune both the cart and dumper would cost $226.52 CAD with shipping making the cart and dumper costing $113.26 CAD each way too expensive, its still pretty cool though
Ordered January 6th and still haven’t seen or heard anything. Contacted them the other day to check status and/or request a refund… only crickets currently
While the flash cartridge look nice, how it actually load the games is the only issue I had with it. Instead of just loading one game at a time while taking it in and out, it would had been nice to just load all the games at the UI all at once. Multi-carts like the Final Fantasy VII & VIII Twin Pack, the Trine Collection, the Mega Man Battle Network: Legacy Collection, the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters Collection, and the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection all does this, why the MigSwitch couldn't do it is anyone's guess.
I can't wait for the dumper to be released. I'm exactly that person you are talking about who would like to dump my game but not get the mig switch cartridge
I really want a MigSwitch, but hate the way you have to keep putting it in and out. I'm glad to see that they are working on work a rounds for it. My friend ordered one with the dumper when the pre-orders first came out, and he hasn't recieved his yet.

I just want to say first off I enjoy these reviews. The only part that's disconcerting is the fact that we have the mix switch, but for most of us that don't want to go through the process of modding their Nintendo switch. It's useless if I wanted to do this in the first place like most people said I would just modded my Nintendo switch, keep it off the internet and download games. But I want to back up my legally bought games. So disappointing that we don't have the MigDumper
Yea seen a video of someone on reddit who added a button to mig switch that changes the games. I’ll be waiting for the knockoff with the button installed already. I already have a modded switch but going to get that anyways when it comes out.
Im not very techy but i would really like to get a free migswich. It will be nice for me and my kids. I was wondering switch games on the Nintendo can you just go to your library and start up the game that way?
This makes me feel a bit better, but not much. I ordered from a store in early Feb. Still no product. I ordered the double pack. The migswitch and dumper combo. I know production is an issue, but its the lack of communication that annoys me. Or a Que announcement like Steam Deck did would have been nice.
I think the product is great the only problem I have is how you have to take it in and out to switch games. The card would be cool to have but I have more use for the dumper so I can use my games on pc and android. Thanks for the info keep up the good work.
If you already own and play those original cartridge games you own then their icon should already appeared somewhere at the UI of your Switch. Since you are merely dumping a copy of those same games anyways, the copy of that specific game even if the MigSwitch had not cycle to it yet, you could just go to your Switch UI, find that icon of the game you want to play, and just load it from there. No need to have the MigSwitch load it for you.
What happens if you got 2 switches running the same copy of a game at the same time with both connected to the internet? Is that rumor of account deletion true ?
@@GearsAndTech jeah not really planning on dooing that either (i don't even got a switch yet and probably don't want to get one either(with the to be expected LIMITED lifespan of unhacked switches games (they will shut down the authentication server when they feel like pushing the playerbase to the new experience, you got to admit that) it is just not my console) but that mig switch is just such an interesting sneaky product that gotten me somewhat interrested in it, knowing someone who owns one, i might be going to suprise someone with an interresting and awesome gift. and yes i ordered card and dumper )
If I go with this I will put a selected few games most used on it. Trying put the the massive library game onto the migswitch currently not feasible in game play. Maybe future migswitch will have a migswitch button to switch games on the fly then popping in and out.
I've paid for mine on modded hardware and still not received mine and did it when it was sopost to be the dumper too and now I guess I'm just sopost to get a discount

I was kinda curious if the mig switch would work with the alxum card reader to change the games with the remote control button! I was thinking if you just have the mig switch in one of the slots it might cycle the games with just a button press

Also be thinking wondering if homebrew could be made into a game like file type be played like a game on oled switch type of jailbreak what you think?
I got one a few weeks ago and sold it away. It was a very disappointing product to me, the constant requirement of having to insert and eject the cart just to load one game at a time doesn't work for me. I'll probably just wait for a version 2 if they ever decided to fix that issue.
The saddest part about this is that eventually Nintendo will end up stopping the production of carts with the full games on them and just give people download codes with cert keys on the carts. Btw quit scamming people for views. Giveaways are such a cheap way to get clicks and compliments and you make the mig cash back from ad revenue. I hope a bot wins.
I agree about giveaways, that's why I bury it in the video instead of calling it a giveaway The guys that want to watch will watch anyway. The giveaway then just encourages you to come back in teh future after you already found me It's like a secret club, but you don't know what you're missing until youre inside Lets put it another way..... I’d love one of these however. I unfortunately don’t have a hacked Switch so would need a dumper. Perhaps don’t chose me for your giveaway because also I live across in the UK so shipping would be more expensive for you. My interest in the flash cart is so I could have a few Micro SD cards with me while keeping my games at home. Hopefully the Unlock switch and other clones with dumper 🤞 will be available soon. I have a sky3ds+ with skydock and as much as I love it you can’t use it to play Mario Kart 7 CTGP. You’re better of modding it.
