Exploring a Thriving Festival in Texas - 4K Walking Tour

On this walk I explored the 74th Annual Poteet Strawberry Festival: the small town of Poteet is less than an hour south of San Antonio Texas. It draws large crowds, hundreds of thousands of people attend each year from surrounding areas across the State of Texas. It features live music, festival rides, lots of food booths, beverages, and much more. All that you could expect at a major festival. Strawberries grown by the local farmers is it's central theme and history and can be seen included in many of its offerings.
I walked through the festival grounds capturing all the sights and sounds from the rides, games, booths, and shops. Almost too much to capture in one visit. If you've never seen a Texas Festival this is what they're all about. It was an extrememly lively crowd and great to see the festival thriving again after missing out last year due to the pandemic.
