Walter, Edwin, Lynette, Yvette, Feddie and the family, came to the Commerce Department's main auditorium in Washington DC, for Black History month in the 1980's. This concert was the highlight of my Federal government career! They were so very gracious.

Mother Shirley Miller my rock and anchor! What amazing is that the Hawkins Family & Friends are American icons and Super Stars but yet they are so humble, generous, beautiful, and amazing kind! Damn, ALL of these folks are fine as all get out 😊! Blessings to ALL of Them. Now I wish they can bring some of that spicy Soul up here to soulless Seattle!
Not trying be a "negative nancy", but after the other ladies took the mic(other than Lynette) all I saw was a bunch of foolishness. Yvette did her thing, as always, but Crystal and that other woman should have stayed where they were.
