I am living for this video! I just bought my first two pairs of madewell jeans (including ones that look just like your perfect summer jean but are called the perfect vintage jean..?). I am now scrounging around on thrift websites for more of their denim lol! So great!
I bought some identical buttons jeans like the one you showed with the whiskers from tjmaxx in 2018! They’re the same color hue and fit. From Lucky Brand & without the whiskers for like $60! They are my favorite besides my madewell the vintage jeans light wash.
hi! this video is from a few years ago but yes, depending on the cut of the jean you're getting, you may want to size down. That's often from the difference in rise between styles. Since I made this video they've introduced petite, tall, and curvy sizing. If you're brand new to madewell denim i highly recommend going into the store and trying a bunch on. the associates are usually very knowledgable and helpful!

Leslie Rendflash I would say a 4 since those are the sizes I wear.
25 is a size 0! I wear a size 6, and Madewell's sizing guide says I would be a 28 there. So a 4 I believe is 27, and 2 is a 26.
