Cosmic Ray Radiation must not be a problem, the supposed astronauts who "went to the moon" they just used aluminum foil, and nothing happened to them,so it is safe to go the the mars since aluminum foil can protect astronauts, and apparently they didn't need food or water since the space module they could barely fit, and they even brought a car to the moon, where was the extra space to fit a car if they can barely move in the supposed space module, they had to bring water, and water weights a lot,so let just think about it.
