Creamy Pasta Recipe | Easy Pasta Recipe | Mushroom Pasta Recipe | Quick Meal

This recipe has been inspired by pasta carbonara and is made for people who do not eat pork. There is no cream or meat in the pasta but I promise you, that you will not miss it at all.
The recipe comes together with a few ingredients and is very quick to whip up. Do give it a try and tell me what you think in the comments.
Ingredients:
4 dried shiitake mushrooms + hot water for soaking
15 cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsps olive oil
1 heaped tbsp butter
100 gms spaghetti pasta
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup saved pasta water
3 - 4 tbsps milk
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
3 tbsps grated pramesan
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
optional :
truffle / extra virgin olive oil
parmesan
