Fun fact about Feddy: He is technically kinda canon now. Basically, FNaF console ports have achievements, with each night rewarding you with an "X nights at Freddy's" achievement. Four Nights at Freddy's, however, was accidentally misspelled making it "Four Nights at Feddy's". And yes, Clickteam somehow did it for all 4 original games. So yeah, Feddy is literally a part of canon FNaF games.
The doggy game seems to be inspired by fnafroggy (a pretty good game also made by a russian), the whole lamp mechanic is taken from the first game, wax meter too, using real photos and stuff like that. Still looks pretty fine!

The video was very interesting and i enjoy obscure fangames a lot as a topic, but for one piece of criticism Mr. Springs' audio was super loud compared to both your vc audio and narration/voice over, which made for an occasionally uncomfortable listening experience. Otherwise awesome video 👍

This comment's definitely not gonna get seen but as someone who has experience in developing with clickteam, I can guarantee at 7:53 that the game didn't actually have a trojan virus. For whatever reason, clickteam games (probably because they're just .exes and nothing else) CONSTANTLY set off false positives on virus scanners, regardless of if the game does anything harmful or not. One time I even had to post a beta build of a fangame I was working on on mediafire, because both google drive and dropbox wouldn't let me upload it because they both thought it was a virus. In some other cases, windows defender would forcibly delete clickteam games without asking me first, again because of the false positives. I'm pretty sure this even happens with a lot of big-name fangame titles, can definitely recall it happening sometimes. And the fact that the game was made in fnaf maker just further tells me it's a false positive, I know the guy who made it (it being fnaf maker) and I doubt he coded anything into it that could escalate to people being able to include trojans in their games.
To me the most underrated fangame is:popee and buddies,like the models are pretty good and creepy,the gameplay is alright,the only downside is that is kinda ez and short

I can't believe I see a review of a russian game. Even though this game was at the very bottom of the gamejolt page, it's really good! In fact, during the fnaf hype, many russian developers were making similar games. I can say that the mechanics of the candle is inspired by another more popular russian game - five nights with Froggy. Check it out, it has in total of 4 games if I'm not wrong!
my theory the most obscure was a fnaf game on lbp2 called 1 night at harveys where you hold up in a hotel called harvey hotel where you have to track down a killer in a camera and successfully call him out or he'll basically kill you through the camera and it was very difficult.

I've tried FNaF Maker two seperate times (i have no interest in trying to learn to code and wanted to make a quick thing to fuck with my friend lol) and both times its included a trojan virus in it. As someone who, as a child, made a page on jamejolt for a fnaf fangame I never actually ended up making, I was a bit worried I'd be here It was called something really edgy if I remember correctly, and was about a long forgotten storage facility full of old animatronics where the lore behind them was that they were never seen in the actual fnaf games because they were all test animatronics, prototypes, or characters that were so unpopular that they were scrapped The main character was suppose to be this guy who wanted to play detective with the old freddy's case and went to the storage facility to "look for clues" or something like that
