- This Video shows you how to unlock the top speed on an Ape Ryder Bonobo E-bike. This Ape Ryder Bonobo E-bike has an M5 controller, which has a setting for wheel size and another setting for maximum speed. The wheel size is set in the P6 function, and if you set it to the lowest possible number, then it will think the bike has a tiny little wheel. The P8 function sets the maximum speed of the Ape Ryder Bonobo E-bike, so you want to sit that all the way up to the maximum number, which is 100 km/h. Once you’ve done that, the motor will keep helping you until it reaches maximum speed, but your Speedometer will be incorrect. This is the only way I could figure out how to unlock top speed on the Ape Ryder Bonobo E-bike, and it definitely works, but you might want to get a secondary Speedometer if you want to know how fast you are actually going.

@@fatihce6789 videoda gösterdiği gibi jant boyutunu değiştirirseniz hızlaniyor. Artı ve eksiye aynı anda basın bu ayarları yapacagınız yere geciyorsunuz. Baska hic bir ayara dokunmayın. Motoru devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu ayarı değistirdiginizde hizınızı ve katettiğiniz mesafeyi doğru göstermez ekranınız.

Hem paket servisi hem günlük kullanım için almak istesem 50 cc'lik motora kıyasla mantıklı olur mu ? Videodaki ayarları yaptıktan sonra en yüksek hız kaç görülebiliyor. Bilgi verebilir misiniz? merhabalar, bilgilendirme için teşekkürler. bende ape ryder bonobo elektrikli bisiklet var. p6 değerini 5 yaptım. fakat p8 değerini 100 yapınca el gazında çok geç tepki geliyor. bu sebeple 33 km/h yi geçmiyor bisiklet. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

It is 150mm. I put a DNM shock on a couple of my e-bikes, and they work really well. I also have a fastace shock. that is good. These are the cheaper brands of shocks that you can get for around $100. The tricky thing about the Ape Ryder eBikes is finding a way that you can install it that still allows you to get to the air valve to add or remove air. Otherwise you could install a conventional spring shock, but you don’t get as much adjustability as you would with an airshock.

It still runs fine. My son and his friends have been out using it full throttle all summer. The only downside is you don’t know how fast you’re going, and you don’t know how many miles the bike has gone because the speedometer is so inaccurate. I don’t know what the long-term effects of running a bike unlocked at full throttle are, but I am sure it puts more stress on the motor.

There must be something else wrong. If the bike doesn’t go at all, when you turn the throttle, it is possible that the brake lever Killswitch is engaged. The brakes have switches in them that turn off the motor if you pull the brake lever, so maybe one of the brake lever kill switches is stuck on.
@@hoohoohoblin no, it’s not that, if I introduce other settings the bike moves. But not fast. I set P6 at 0.60, and P8 at 50, and it goes just a little faster. But if I set P8 at 100, like you showed, it doesn’t move…

Not yet. I think they designed it so that you can’t unlock it. So the only way to do it is to tell it the wheel is tiny.
@@hoohoohoblin and they built 2 different models. Türkiye model's controller is not the same as yours. On that model, need a password to reach the settings. If you find a way to unlock, please share. :) Thank you.

also my battery is fully charged but my Enery Bar is only 1, not lv 10.

They advertise a 28mph speed….you unlocked 25mph? 🤔
Check out the video. I’m going to post tonight. And that video I do a test run on the flat road, and I get it up to 28 miles an hour. I couldn’t get this one to go to 28 miles an hour even when peddling before it was unlocked. It stopped at 20.
