So that's what "Old Pop" and his ilk looked like to others ? - the Cap / Bonnet slightly tilted over the silver hair..... but here munn, we had a set of SIX sections and even for a while tried 8 behind it. Bye the way DOES anyone know where to get replacement non-bolted teeth with clamps and wedges for Zigzag harrows - usually fabricated by local blacksmiths of the time .... thanks for posting for the memory. I'd just have finished Heavy harrowing winter wheat by now and would be out with the 148 on the Grass Heavy Roller - in the sun.... the sound of the Skylark in the early morning or evening after supper and when Kate Dalbimpel played on the radio .... remember ? Ah Yes munn.

great wee tractor - farm I grew up on had one identical to this and this was its main job after being on the seeder- ours wasnt a multipower though- just had the 8 speed instead- that cab with the big wide doors was a breeze to get in and out of- and believe it or not it despite being a wee tractor in comparison it could keep pace with an 584 International - good memories

Of course it could ! ;-) Multi-Power + the IPTO and you were good to go - just don't STOP - well although it could "Do" 22mph that steering was a Pain and , well if you panicked you couldn't stop very quickly. Fine for field - great on the 3m MF30 Seeder on the flat could maybe get 5acres / hr out of it - hard work loading the machine with seed & Fert tho' .
