I really appreciate this channel. thank you for existing, but i think it might be powerful to create some sort of balance where you communicate discuss ideas with others. I wonder if I could talk to you on discord? I promise i won't disappoint if you think you're looking to find that balance and don't already have one. if you do, thank you for making these videos, i'd love to hear more about you, why do you make these videos? does it help you? im really glad you make them.

@@hmedostafa not for the first one but the second is easy. Just don't eat carbohydrates or eat very few of them. In truth, we don't even need carbs. Complex or simple, they both just turn into sugar in the end. Carbs are literally just energy. Once we stop eating them, our body switches to ketogenesis which is a much better form of energy than carbs. Muscle building requires mainly protein anyway so it doesn't matter if we eat carbs or not.

@Jamba-b4g I found more stuff be patient and read. Connect the way of saying a word with another. For example, you're learning to say polyglot. Po like police ly like lili g kaka(like the birds) lot like alot. Now, the spellings po like police ly like reply gl like glass ot like alot. Now concept connecting. Imagine a person who speaks 3 languages or more. Imagine 3 finger is the starter and can increase a mouth a different way of speaking different way of dressing possibly etc. Now this one to make the word usable use in sentences past present future. He was a polyglot but he forgot some languages. He is a polyglot. He will be a polyglot if he doesn't stop studying languages.

I recently was watching videos by Andrew huberman and in the videos he goes over a lot of the topics you've discussed, this could just be due to the fact all factual scientific information is factual so you may have heard it somewhere else. That said the more outlets of good information I can have and use the better, so if you have any recommendations of smart people to listen/watch please share this.
