I went from watching NoLimi7 shorts for a while, loving them, and wondering who this guy was, to realizing he was the same guy who mods Macie jays streams, then started to watching his vids and realized he is one of my fav Siege content creators
first time ever watching this guy and i haven't smiled at an r6 video in this long, so so so intelligent and makes the game look really fun. you don't really see players like this anymore
@@pugnator2749 nah, it should have. if you watch, both of them didn’t realize how close they were to each other and monty de-shielded and nolimi7 took advantage of that. may not have been the plan, but he took well advantage of monty’s hesitation to clutch.
Most competent Monties know the timing to melee instantly after unextending the shield. The window for a defender to melee first in that scenario is tiny. Furthermore, when this Monty was hit with the melee, he didn't turn to cover himself with the shield at all, which is another fundamental shield skill. The Monty didn't play well. Imo the safe play as Alibi in that scenario is to keep distance and force Monty to plant, and kill him when he does, because post plant she's basically screwed.
As weird as it sounds (for a game like Siege) i’d say just focus on aim in that rank, cause once you’ve mastered or have decent aim you already be better than most players from Copper to Silver. Once youre in those ranks your game sense should develop and thats when you get funky and try different Strats
I heard a prone/down animation sound, i really wasnt sure which it was so i took my shield out and once i got closer and heard the grunting it confirmed she was down
Mmm tbh once i looked over and saw all my teammates were focused on the other side on the map, i figured the defenders would shift over and focus their attention on my team. It was a risky plant but worked out
this is how siege should be played. i loved the round when the defenders were not on site and you just walked in with capitao and planted the defuser

Any advice on ranking up from copper? (I can't leave this rank, most of my teammates sucks, taking everyone else down)

I'd recommend using the reworked angled grip. The reload speed bonus can really change how some weapons feel.
I think it's only worth on low ammo weapons like Tubarao dmr, hibanas ar or the Roni
