Thanks for the patience guys!! This project has been a long time coming. I wanted to round up most of the parts so we weren’t waiting months and months on stuff and the rebuild should hopefully go somewhat quick. I don’t like dragging out projects for years
About time slick. That truck is to you what Leroy is to Cleetus. You should drop a Ford Excursion body on it.
Do a body lift on it so that the tires don’t rub the bed ..

I would just like to say it is really nice to see a JCB being used in America and all over the world, I live about 15-20min from the world headquarters in England, and to think one is being used so far away is pretty cool, they are good machines, we have one for our business too. 😀
TMR customs makes great off road parts and by far, IMHO, the best bar ends. Rebuildable if ever needed. My experience with ordering parts from them has always been spot-on! Check them out. I'm just a consumer, no sponsor or deals or kick back for throwing their name out. Atleast look into them, I think you will be happy. I'm very excited to watch this build, rebuild. When you started to pick up the cab the first time, I was reminded of whistling diesel from a couple days ago. You showed restraint.

"COILOVERS" parts, I have been building off road shocks since the '80s, Seals, wipers and wear bands normally you can get from most local hydraulic shops as long as there are "Viton @450° or my preference is McMaster-Carr they have everything including shaft material, shims, etc. Now I prefer coil-overs for the tuneability and ease of maintenance in the long term. Air shocks for us have never been competitive because the nitrogen is never consistent on the rebound cycle and seal failure well your OFL, just a thought.
Make sure you add a cat sticking out the hood 🤣🤣
I'm not sure how you'd get a cat to sit still in the engine bay while it's moving 🤔😂
Go with everything new and custom harness with quick connects for easy swaps

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑I’d just spray the whole frame with black bed liner. Be cool to Camo wrap the truck and the valve covers. Brown interior, black rims, black heavy duty bumpers, but like make the back bumper have a ladder that comes out of the bumper like a trailer ramps, so you can get in the bed. Flag mounts.🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
I use those telehandlers all the time to remove loader cabs. pretty handy

Some of your fans might buy parts that you don't use to hang on their garage wall like a fender a door panel a hood and you can use some of that money to put towards the truck build

Those telehandlers are hard to get stuck and iv Buried one so bad it took 2 combines on to pull it out because I got the 1st one stuck trying to get it out so the 2nd one finally got the job done 😂😂
