Whats happiness? Having people who genuinely want the best for you without reason and stay close with you. True happiness is being around family, not just blood. A message from my late grandfather a happiness Guru.

true happiness has to exist within a person, it can't be dependent on others.

@@sarah.j.777 no it doesn’t. Sometimes we feel extremely down. And family brings us up. My goddaughter has brought joy and laughter to me on days i was way down. Great family brings happiness its not just ones self

I am SO glad Erika re-asked the first question cause I was sitting here thinking - with ALL she said, she didn't actually ANSWER the "how". I'm glad Erika started the response with "that SOUNDS nice but" and went right back into asking her "how" one would achieve making it practical.

@@markthees5650 Are you passionate about the piano though? Do you get almost like a "craving" to play a piano whenever you see one? When I was in high school, the choir room had a Steinway and everytime I'd see it I'd want to play it so badly. It sounded absolutely beautiful. But my social anxiety kept me from playing it cuz there were always people around. That's why I'd absolutely love to have a Steinway in my own house where I can play it anytime. I just love the sound. There's something different about it that just sounds so beautiful.

I love how Erika’s real reaction to Hinas method even a little skeptical lol but I wanted the interview to be authentic and real and Erika does it really well it’s easy to relate to her. She is one of my favorite interviewers even though her main career isn’t that. I enjoy her talk with her guests.

At the end, it sounds like Erika may be dealing with Imposter Syndrome. Many people in the spotlight deal with this…more than you think. Listen to a few episodes of the “Wheels Off” podcast with Rhett Miller. He talks about this (and other “internally-generated obstacles”) with creative people regularly.

Okay, so I just started watching this. At the very beginning slightly turned off by the requirement that the goal has to be a "big juicy' goal. How is that measured? 🤔 Depending on where someone is in life, what may seems simple to one might be dynamic to another. So, c'mon with that requirement. Otherwise, she seems on point about being present and happy now, not when something shows up in you life.

Erica if you're using points to fly internationally for a family of three every year how could you earn enough points to fly business on the same flight. That would be a mega amount of points. You have to spend a lot on that card in addition to the bonus points that you earn. Actually we do multiple flights a year. Each person can get there own card and earn points but.....

Erika you looked so skeptical throughout different moments in this interview! Totally can tell when you were not totally agreeing with her. Not everyone has enough points to fly first class!
