@@adriannechikawotablog5466 season 2 is scheduled for 2021 (most likely January) and season 3 might premier in 2022! both seasons were announced this year and i really hope MADKID return for the opening themes as well as Chiai Fujikawa for the ending themes! i know most anime aren't consistent with the OP/ED theme artists for every season, but the return ov MADKID and Chiai Fujikawa for both seasons 2 and 3 would be awesome! i'd be very disappointed if they replaced MADKID and Chiai Fujikawa for both seasons! consistency is good, right? :D
@@TheZOMBIEJ I'm not an anime fan, to tell you the truth, so I'm not familiar with how the anisong industry works. I'm a general J-Pop fan. But to be honest, I rather have MADKID be known for who they are and their music and not just because they sang opening themes/ending themes to just one anime series. If they get stuck to just doing anime themes, they wouldn't be as widely recognized by the general public. After all, their original target audience when they started are general (non-anime) fans. It wasn't until Shield Hero that they started getting fans from anime fandom. I've been following MADKID since 2018, which is a year before Shield Hero premiered in 2019.
