Actually, Base Jibanyan and Shadowside Jibanyan are from the same timeline. Shadowside is a sequel, not a spinoff

Level 5 has confirmed they will be localized the game, but it's still unknown when. It could be years for all we know.

I am pretty Jinpei is from Yokai Watch meet Digimon Frontier
After seeing the trailer and the trasformation sequence I'm pretty positive there might be some Digimon Frontier inspiration into that.

You can buy the Japanese version on Amazon or EBay, and then you just play it, guessing how the game works, or looking stuff up.

@@Menti049 youd have to get arks for that. you can get them from amazon if you look up yokai watch ark. i think theres packs of 10 you can get. thats how ive gotten items and yokai.

Where can I buy the arcs?
From amazon mainly for arc boxes which have a bunch of unused arcs. As for promotional ones, they are usually only available at events like the jinpei one. You may find them on amazon or ebay but they might be used and you won't be able to get the items from it like yokai
