My mom got me hooked on B&B over the summer of the first season. I was only 20 when this first aired. I haven’t seen this episode since then, but I totally remember screaming when the shotgun went off. 😱
I watched it in my teens with my mum too. I wish I had been around to watch this as it was aired. Such incredible storylines. I've always wanted to watch the first few seasons, never thought It'd be this good.
Margo saves Jake! Bill was minimizing the seriousness and severity of the incest matter. It is a good thing Margo took the initiative and went to support Jake by her parents home. She acted instinctively when the realization that it was Charlie hit her, and she rushed off without telling anyone. I suppose one doesn't always contemplate how dangerous a perpetrator could be, or anticipate that a murder or suicide or both could occur in these circumstances. R.I.P Uncle Charlie. ☮️
@@Angel.M.Trinidad whenever I think about it, I remind myself that this is just entertainment and such a pairing of child and parent cannot exist. Bill is the epitome of sleaze101. What really is his motive to pursue Donna to hire her again with "no strings attached"? Given what Margo and Jake have been through, how would Margo even respond to the awareness of what her husband promotes and how he makes his millions??
@@angelscorpio5485 that’s the issue with a lot of characters. It seems that the B & B script writers were all over the lace. They really never did a great job at finishing up story lines. At least with Kristin and Clarke it ended when Kristin went back to NY with Mic. They never seemed to know what to do with Bucky boy either, other than making him a chronic serial cheater. It gets boring at times.🤔
@@ctgctg1 yeah! Same with Rocco. He just disappeared. But Margo should have been developed. She has this soft side towards her brother. And the more bitchy and competitive side towards other women. Margo and Sheila would have been an interesting combo
Your love for your brother keeps me crying hard tears, Margo. A woman's (mother's) intuitions are not to be taken lightly. Thank you for embodying both ❤🩹❤🩹❤🩹 🤛
Wow this is hard stuff with uncle Charlie... he really goes on speaking with Margo while the car is on in the garage??? I cannot believe this... but crimes are never believable until they happen....
I’ve been watching it since I was a teenager (Y&R since I was a kid), and I can’t believe they put this in a storyline… Because of Colleen in Y&R I couldn’t stand to get in a tin boat. I was scared of water anyways I almost drowned when I was little (5) Btw I’m 25 now in case you were wondering.
Missed Lt. Burke he should have tease ridge a little on the shooting amnesia story 😅😅 Glad this molesting storyline is over though Lets focus on runaway crae crae Stéphanie
According to the air dates referenced, this is now the seventh consecutive episode in seven consecutive days (February 18 to February 24), without a weekend in-between. And don't get me started on the upcoming episode with air dates of February 30 and February 31 (?!?!?!!) 😹😹😹
This episode actually aired Feb. 27. But it's actually pretty close, compared to the uploads of earlier seasons - they were occasionally several weeks off in terms of air dates in the description.
I don't get it. If they don't have the original air dates anymore, why do they even care to try to put an "original" air date on them, if it won't really be the original ? Why not just post the number of the episodes up? They put them into different categories/playlists (season 1, season 2, season 3,..) and so people still can put some rough time markers on them (Christmas 1987, Christmas 1988....) No one thought that an air date "February 31" looks very very weird? 😂
Well Back LT Burke..!! Thorne.. Isn't there something you would like to get off your chest with the LT ?? Xd Stephanie is ALMOST as bad a Taylor with All the questions !! XD
In Holland we were 3 years behind. So this episode I viewed on TV in 1994 unforgettable episode as a 10 year old kid I was cheering for Jake kill that sOB!!!
Margo is so smart and brave!! ❤❤❤ The way she pushed Charlie to rescue Jake. 😆 Truth prevailed.
This is one time you're wrong Burke, Stephanie does want to be found

His uncle Charlie in hell being tortured raped Jake...
Bill is always self-serving. He MUST get what he wants.

Ridge to Burke: "You know my brother Thorne?"
Me muttering to myself: the Caro-psychopath-line petulant criminal? No. Who's this new guy?
This Jake story did a lot to explain Margo's actions in the early years
Very true . I like your comment 💓
Margo call the police!!
Margo's love for the brother is unconditional
Ruthanne’s past is breaking my heart 14:20
Bloody end 17:06
finally jakes storyline developed
Once again Charlie is deflecting gaslighting and not taking responsibility for his actions
This year was the year I graduated. I still remember my mom watching this on the vcr
Lauren Koslow is a great actrees.
And great stotyline for her
She has such abeauty , charm and softly ❣
👍 She has been there the entire time for Jake.
She’s great! Pitty they didn’t develop the character more after 1992. She was from the beginning after all
@@angelscorpio5485
Right she left in spring of 1992
I think she needs more secens with Susan Flannery and KKL

They finally called the police about Stephanie
The timing was right she told them she was going on vacation and Eric explained that one has lots of other cred cards and purses

How come Stephanie is begging with her diamond ring? And how come no body tried to steal it so far?
Who knows!!! Maybe people thought it was fake? 😂😂😂
Margo you are so amazing ❤
I love her too
I used to watch B@B back in the day and I don't remember it being this dark
