Cragun’s, Madden’s, and the Grand View Lodge on Gull Lake in MN are awesome! All inclusive, go with group of 16, just paid $1,100 for 4 nights 5 rounds of golf, unlimited golf on their Par 3 course, and 2 meals per day.
Working on my boys, shared to about 30 people to make this happen. It’s amazing. Not just a Johnny Puolic course either. Looked fun and challenging. Got to make this happen
For those in the Midwest on a budget, checkout the airbnb just North of Marshalltown, IA. 5-bedroom house w/ pool, golf cart and unlimited 18 hole par 3 golf course for under $500/night. The owners are awesome and we had a blast.
This definitely is not for just a small family to rent, you need to have 12-16 people with you to make it affordable, but I can see corporate America using this place , someone celebrating wedding anniversaries, bdays, if someone has a big family and maybe a few people golf a few will play tennis and others will do the trails, there’s a lot to do that’s for sure…..it would be awesome to play on a private golf course all to yourself
Say a Fri & Sat night stay, 16 ppl. That's 10,000/16 = 625 ea. Then food, drink, incidentals for the weekend say 150ea for a total of around 775 ea plus travel. There are tennis courts, billiards, hiking, and of course golf. If everyone plays 27 holes per day that's 864 holes of golf in a private location, on an uncrowded private course of your very own, luxurious room & board at least for some. This would be a place for golfers to come to hold one hell of a celebration.
I am in the process of building a room in my shop for a golf simulator. Researching non stop for months trying to lock in all decisions. This would speed us the process tremendously.
Place looks amazing! Well done to David and Carrie for creating such a cool environment and the staff for the tremendous upkeep. One thing I'm curious about is that with only 3 greens and at 5,100 yards, how does this play with 4 groups of people, rather than just the 1 you guys had? Seems like you might need to wear a helmet out there 😂
If you look it up on the airbnb listing, there's an illustration of the layout. There are only 3 greens but you are playing one big fairway and you are playing from 18 different tee box locations. So each hole is playing from a different distance and angle, but you are playing towards one of the three greens on the course. @@carlosquelis5811
I'd probably play it as 4 groups of foursome and play it one hole at a time. When the group finishes the hole just wait at the green and heckle & spectate the next group's approach.
I was totally expecting this to cost $50k for a weekend. Not sure if the cost is per day or per night as you stated, but would totally get there at check in and get a round in before nightfall, then up and play a round before check out and get 2 rounds for a single night cost. Looks like $7500 for a 1 night stay thanks to AirBnB $1000 fee to go along with the $1000 cleaning fee. Still not bad if you can get 2 rounds in I guess. Under $500 per person for a group of 16 people to spend the night.
I realize its expensive but come on how many people get an entire golf course to themselves for 3 days, very few people get that opportunity (in their life), even people who belong to private country clubs don't get the place to themselves to play unlimited golf with firends ....and the night golf looks like a lot of fun.
Incredible course and video! The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is the viability of a private course. Who maintains it? Who pays the $100k + per year to maintain it? It seems like a dream but also so odd to me.
Ive got multiple friends who own deer camps in the same town. You could play some of the great local courses around there and stay at their places for a fraction of the cost.
Obviously, a group of 12 to 15 other guys would really reduce the cost significantly individually and to have unlimited golf from sun up to sundown - just hop in a cart and go play all day all night. It’s a pretty cool concept. And some would (should)even pay a premium for the experience.
Min 3 night stay with 16 guys would be about $1100 usd a guy. Some guys sleeping 6 to a room in bunks is not ideal. Im sure they will have no problem renting it aslong as the course is kept nice. Downside it appears to only be about 5000 yards.
Why not open this up to bring 14 of your viewers or fans that could have made their way there with you to share the experience with? I get it if you guys were asked last min to come check this place out and no timing but this would have been an even better video seeing you guys share it with some fans/viewers
A) I’m not close to 16 people. B) Still wouldn’t want to travel with them even if I was. C) It is well over 300 bucks a night, even with 16 people, just to have the place. Like others have said, that doesn’t cover anything else. No thanks…
5 K for up to 16 Guys is what you are saying. So probably like 400 a person. So for a weekend trip like 800. Very reasonable.
3 night stay minimum according to their website. Also anyone vacationing with 15 other people? No thanks. Lol
Ya until ya find out it’s $5k/night, have to spend at last 3 nights, and well over $4k in taxes in fees, comes out to an $18k trip.
Their Airbnb also says max of 15 people
Math is off bub

I’ve looked into this place multiple times but never had enough guys. Awesome to see you guys go there and show it off.
Same. Rn I’d have to split it with 2 other friends
We’re about to book it for next summer. Good group. Most of us about 30-40. Couple of the dads as well. So far we have 13. You want in?
What's the buy-in? I may have a few guys interested@@agloster3

It's min 3 nights
I’d play 36 a day there’s no one else there 18 on a cart takes 2 hours on an empty course
Amazing i want to go whos with me . Its in such good shape better then almost every course where i live dont no how they do it
I'll go

A dream come true!!!
I want to go to there! That's amazing!
Wow what an awesome experience. Sounds like RUclips heaven
Just Amazing !
This place looks crazy beautiful
Can’t wait until next year at Honey Pond!

That's actualy ridiculously cheap considering it's accomodation plus the experience etc . Mad
That is awesome, great video! All they need is a simulator suite.
That would be cool!
That is crazy. 10 people 2 days, 1k each for all that. Worth every penny!!!!
Website says $5,500 a night 3 night minimum.
There's some really cool airbnbs in Orlando with simulators, arcades, and movie theaters
Yes, there are! But none with their own courses.
Damn this is awesome in my home State of Vermont. I am sitting at my desk in Brattleboro Vermont now.
We filmed there a couple years ago!
Great video
woooo! this is huge

AWESOME...INDEED! 🎉 😂 ❤
5k a night isn’t bad. Bring 10 people suddenly it’s 500 a night and in very comfortable and spacious conditions.
where do i book
That’s got my Bnb and golf course beat. Not dollar for dollar though.
Spud run!!! Lol your the goat 😂🤙⛳️
Do you guys have the place to yourselves for 24 hours?
That is not how you fix a ball mark on the green.

Airbnb going to charge a cleaning fee for every divot that doesn’t get filled
Would be nice if it wasnt so expensive. A 3 night minimum comes out to $21k. Place looks awesome though but too rich for my blood.
$3,900/night is crazy, but for a fully rented course…… I still couldn’t pay that. Great video though!

Just under $1900 CAD a person for a 3 night minimum after the Airbnb service fees, cleaning fees and taxes. HAHAHA
$5k per night lol
Split it!
split it between 10-15 guys, very affordable
