Bilkul sahi , Minimum Percentile ke basis par kabhi call expect nahi karni chahiye. I am from SC Category and I got 94 percentile but mujhe call bhi nahi aaya tha kisi Old IIMs se becoz meri profile (7,6,6) thi . Hamesha Apna Maximum effort Dena chahiye. Best of luck 2024 Aspirants.

@@ehubgouravsaha5238 Bro work experience bhi hoga unke pass pakka agar IIM Lucknow se call aai. Bhai m jhooth nahi bol raha Mere pass kisi Old IIM ki call nahi aai , baki sabhi IIM se aai thi aur usme se ek do maine convert bhi kiye. Aur maine comment sirf isliye Kiya tha taaki future aspirants yeh minimum percentile dekh kar yeh hi target set na karle . In percentile par ek do baccho ka hota hai vo bhi bhut saari cheezo ki wajah se ( Work exp,Profile,Gender etc.)

In any IIMs Minimum Percentile valo ki Strong Profile hoti hai with exceptional academics and extra curriculars. And they are only girls. 😅
