I believe that if there were to be a third installment to the series, the main color would be red and would be more focused on strength and power. Botw had mainly a blue color scheme and more of a “wisdom” theme with all the tech and puzzles, and totk had a green color scheme with plenty of heroic feats that give off a “courage” theme. I believe a trilogy where each game represents a part of the triforce would be perfect.
If the shrines for each game also follow this Power Courage Wisdom theme, who would have made them? Perhaps if the Yiga clan saw how cruel Ganondorf really is, maybe they would assist Link on his journey and train him.
@@KalinGames526 skyward sword isn't really connected all that much to these games other than some time travel and fi references. Not much of a malice theme either. More black and white than red.
@@veevendetta3448then it would be a remake of ocarina of time... They already did that with the DS remake and so many people use emulators to play the game either way.
I think that if it were to come true, I think the developers would add another feature similar to shrines except this time they’re themed to power (Red) we’ve already had Wisdom (Blue) and Courage (Green). I think it could even play into the idea of obtaining the Triforce thus allowing for the curse to be broken for good.
That's the one thing I've really felt missing from totk. I wish there was even just a side quest that would deal with the legend of the triforce of something. It kind of bothered me. Fingers crossed, but it just seems like this world doesn't really care about the triforce as much as focusing Zelda herself. There wasn't even really anything about Hylia either..
@@No-One-Important-Here I agree for a new tribe. Gerudo I highly doubt cause then the other 3 races would also have to make advanced tech. Although maybe some more story of the ancient heroines and who they are would be amazing if 7/8 are different races
For a third game I would want it to start where link is told that Kass has been spotted looking out over the Ocean near Lurelin, so link goes to find him, and Kass speaks about a Far away land, much different to hyrule, and Kass and link set sail towards this land.
@@KingBinkusexactly, zelda plays a huge part in the legend of ZELDA games, I don't think making her stay in hyrule while link goes to a wacky adventure makes sense
I was thinking that Nintendo should make it possible where you can explore other kingdoms and there’s some evil tyrant of a prince that wants the Triforce for his own but what happens is that Ganondorf in his demon dragon form finds a way to interfere with the game by appearing to the prince in a vision trying to use temptation to try to get the prince to break the demon king from his seal
Breath of the Wild focuses on Link, the Holder of Courage. Tears of the Kingdom focuses on Zelda, the Holder of Wisdom. There’s no doubt that the possible third game will focus on Ganondorf, the Holder of Power. P.S. If you want to name a third Wildverse Zelda game, you may want to use two words along with the “of the” part. It’s what the predecessors had for their names and it will like the Ganondorf focus be doubtless.
WAIT HOL UP it it focuses on Ganondorf cant we realise that the ancient hero looks like Ganondorf in the great calamity first attack. Ganondorf tryna kill his Own mistake ALSO if it focuses in Ganondorf it should actually focus on DEMISE. AND I have an idea for the name that has OF THE in it. memory’s of the past
What would be cool is instead of master mode, you have two options to play: Link or Zelda. Each has a separate mission and you can choose which to play. To take it a step further, maybe each save file could interact with the other, so let’s say you play as Zelda, maybe she does something in her version that later aids the link file, like maybe she places an item in a room for Link to grab or something like that. That would be revolutionary, I don’t know of any games like that
I guess there could be a bit of a Resident Evil style to that sort of thing: two separate campaigns that still manage to intersect in small, subtle ways.
That would have to be the most wild ambitious Zelda ever! And I would love every second of it! Especially going to past Zelda locations and using classic items to fight bosses of the past!
I think the 3rd game should be a return to Lorule. Ravio finds how well Hyrule is doing having beaten Ganondorf & using the secret stones for prosperity. He mentions that Lorule is falling apart & takes them to see that Hilda is now missing & its own tribes are having issues. It's a mirrored version of Hyrule where we also find dark versions of the sheikah, zonai, rito, gorons, zora, gerudo & koroks. The landscapes are all different too. Some of this is already prepared. Zora are replaced by the Ku & Gerudo would be a swamp dwelling tribe instead of a desert one. Death Mountain would be a frozen wasteland so gorons would be ice instead of rock based. Koroks would live in skull woods & have a gothic atmosphere. But there would also still be sages & dungeons and Ravio would play his own part in all this
I've been playing ToTK for only a few months and i love it. And due to the many many references of BoTW, it forced me to buy the game so i could see the history of it. So having a time travel based would being like a trip down memory lane for those that have played all the past Zelda games of the timeline. In Totk, and BoTW, there are many reference of past times. Heck, Majora's Mask is an item you can get in ToTK. So if Nintendo were to do this, it would be their biggest Zelda game of all time.
I think your idea to bring in the past temples and bosses is a great way to get people invested in the same map again. It’s very “everyone is here” of link to have all his old items back lol
Another great idea would be, Legend of Zelda: Link's Misery It's already been more than 10000 years since last male has been born in Gerudo, another male was born, another Ganon was born, but he was taught, educated and ensured that he shouldn't turn into evil. He grew up hating everything the legacy of demise said about him and instead decided on helping link and zelda to defeat demise's underlying spirit hiding somewhere in the world gathering energy or maybe manupulating ganons for so long, maybe in an unseen realm. Being appointed the king of Gerudo because of his "Power", he shows his fealty to princess zelda but link refuses to believe him on the other hand zelda does, then a series of quests with link to monitor and prove his fealty, in which ganon succeeds. During all of this they finally able to learn about demise's whereabouts and his existence in a hidden realm whose doors can only be open if they can gather dark energy or some kind of thing from different ganons in the past, which zelda and link have defeated, but since they have already destroyed Ganon from current timeframe, they need to think of some other method. As wild saga zelda is the most aged being among the whole LOTZ beings, around 10120 or something around, she awakens the realm shift ability to transfer link and Ganon to gather the fragments of energy of past ganons link have defeated. Once the collection is complete, link find out that Ganon hasn't changed and is sealed by Ganon in the process. Ganon who was being manipulated again by the dark power hiding inside the ancient device containing dark energy of multiple ganon, apparently by demise itself, decided to awaken demise actually with whom this whole binding happens instead of taking everything in his hands. Ganon went back to the dark realm and awaken demise along with many other incarnations like Vaati and Maladus and all of them returns to current timeline and starts their mayhem across the hyrule. Zelda, with the help of sages escapes, hating herself that she doesn't trusted link. She tries her best to unseal the link, but failed miserably, watching everything demise been doing to hyrule and it's people, until Zelda from multiple timelines gather around and showcase their power and affection towards their links helping current timeline zelda to unseal link finally. These link(s) went on their adventures to fix the space-time, ensuring all the possible endings from past titles and returning to their own timeline only to find out that nothing changed and conditions are even worse. Then link decided to fight demise and his army and asks zelda to evacuate everyone, giving his best but nothing fruitful comes up, now Link is on the verge of death. But the other timeline zelda with the help of their own goddess powers and impa sends link of their timelines who have fought their Ganon to join current timeline link. Those link defeats their own Ganon, only demise and alpha Ganon left, which demise absorbs and forced all the others to go back to their timelines, zelda helps links to seal demise and thus hyrule returns back to it's glory.
One of the worst example of clickbait I’ve seen recently. An honest title would include the word “Theory” or “what if.” Your title implies something was announced.
I am not opposed to a third of this series. If they do, they need an new antagonist. Maybe they can actually bring in Demise which would be amazing in my opinion. They can do more with the depths, and the sky too, but what I want the most is for a under water mechanic. I felt that was hugely missing this whole game. However, even that being said, it will be hard top the ending TOTK had. I would be curious to see how they will make that even more epic.
2:32 I agree with you. I thought it sounded like it was the beginning of the end of this timeline (not a conclusion right away with TotK), and Zelda wanted to end evil for eternity. This would work very well for a third and final game.
I think the 3rd game will tell the side of the bad guys and what is their story. Maybe Ganondorf wants revenge about something and that’s why he summoned all these enemies. I also think that we will be able to explore a new area in the new game and that’s where Kass went. This would be insane
ganondorf is evil because he is the reincarnation of demise’s spirit who was sealed in skyward sword. demise wanted revenge on hylia for defeating him and his army
I honestly think Ganondorf originally just wanted the land since it was prosperous, but his stone crazy as this will sound I think was demise's as it matches where demise had his head wound, and at the end when he gobbles his stone it does indeed leave a wound when he pulls it off his own head, my thinking for this is when the sages join up and fight phantom ganondorf, he says they didnt recognize him as the stones must be limited in what they can share, which would seem to imply his own stone showed him something, and if it was demise's it would explain why he went from just wanting to rule hyrule to instead wanting to drown the world in darkness all the stones showed memories from their past holders, and it makes sense if it was demises one of the last zonai would want it close at all times.
@@groovy3 incarnation is not the same as reincarnation, Ganondorf is not demise or any part of him he is just a evil person who shares his hatred of hyrule/the goddesses, hence incarnation as demise himself said it's just another who will carry on his hatred. As demise was completely consumed into the mastersword even if he hasn't been fully destroyed in it yet there's nothing left of him outside it to reincarnate.
It’s actually the theory of a zelda game going through space, cause kohga is a staple for what type of game we’d be getting. From breath of wild, kohga fell in the yiga hideout hole. Tears of the kingdom shows kohga being launched into space.
Maybe they can have space zelda and a end of ganon because he destroyed the entirety of the planet of Zelda(hyrule, termina…are on there) and link have to travel through space to destroy the demise machine which granted the ability to reborn ganondorf and demise.
If they do, I would love a map expansion, it would be cool to explore new places that are not below ground or in the sky in my opinion, and I feel like they should do shrines, as well as a way to time travel like that. I absolutely love these games so getting another one is all I want right now!
My friend and I had an idea so close to similar to this that it’s scary… We were saying that it’d be cool to have the whole map be an almagamation of the past 3D Zelda games while still having the BOTW layout. Like each of the 15 parts of the map are from different parts of past games. Also, we thought of instead of getting the sages we instead save past Links that Ganondorf has trapped and get some of their items and abilities and eventually beat Demise.
If there’s gonna be a game about “the curse ending” I hope that Zelda comes to the realization that: “there’s always bound to be evil, it’s just natural. But we can always fight back against it for peace in the present.”
I think for a third game it would be interesting to implement Demise somehow. Or alternatively bring someone like Vaati to a 3D title. I just think Vaati's neat, man.
I would like for Nintendo to go back and fill in the gaps with Zelda stories that hasn't been told yet like the game between Majora's mask and twilight princess. The game between the sky era and the end of chaos. Then make a game where we fight in all the past wars too
I love these ideas, the only thing is that it would be really hard to top that afterwards. Even with a reset of the timeline, you would possibly have to make smaller games which may not as interesting to the fanbase.
I like where you are going. Link travels through time recruiting his past lives to help take down Demise once and for all. All the dungeons could be placed for current Link to prove himself worthy to all the other Links (meaning the return of past bosses and mechanics). But adding something I thought of: in the end, defeating Demise completely breaks the universe, creating a whole multiverse of various Hyrules to explore. They could even start a whole new string of games of Link and Zelda trying to fix everything, at the same time, creating completely new and original storylines. I would be all in for something like that.
Nah. You gotta stick with the naming schemes, too. Maybe more like "Curse of the King" or "Curse of the Demons"? No. I got it. "Curse of the Blood Moon". Majora was helping Ganondorf fight the sealing power back in BotW & helped free him from Rauru in TotK so Majora can watch them all "...play good guys versus bad guys"... on a loop to entertain himself, and Ganondorf was the one who summoned Majora back in the first place & pitched the idea to them so Ganondorf would always have a fallback plan for his own resurrection via Majora's power. So... The curse of the blood moon is Majora's doing, and it's why all of the baddies respawn during every blood moon. Also, Majora seeks to be freed from the moon again so they can resurrect Ganondorf for MORE "good guys versus bad guys". Your task is to locate each piece of Majora's ACTUAL Mask (not these lame replicas) in order to prevent Ganondorf's legions from helping Majora come back through its power again. Along the way, you'd uncover long-buried ruins in the Depths from the ORIGINAL Hyrule which (piece-by-piece) tell the tale of Skyward Sword, and finishes by telling of Demise's curse. Zelda is excited because it means they now know what the TRUE enemy is ...the curse. So she's now all for finding out how to break the cycle for good, and end the curse so they can finally take fate into their own hands & have everlasting peace. A Majora's Mask sequel AND a BotW/TotK sequel AND a Skyward Sword sequel in ONE game. Also, Zelda should join the new Sages in helping Link via actually FIGHTING the big bad at the end. The big bad (Majora or Ganondorf, whichever way you wanna go with them) seals the fight off from the sages interfering (which happened in the lower teaches if Hyrule Castle in TotK), but as Link is trying to guard with his sword against an attack & he's having trouble pushing back, but Zelda places her hand on the back of Link's hand and says "You can do this. I'm here WITH you". The Triforce emblem lights up on their joined hands, and Link's sword let's loose a bright blue flash, the baddy steps back, confused. Zelda pulls out the Bow of Light, and she fights the final battle WITH Link. Link using "Weapons" & Zelda using only the Bow of Light. Also, you have the ability to switch between controlling either one, if for no other reason than because the AI may not do what you want it to do, when you want it to do it. So... A Majora's Mask sequel AND a BotW/TotK sequel AND a Skyward Sword sequel AND Playable Zelda (kinda) all in ONE game!
I wouldn’t say that another Gannon is likely. But maybe to break the curse set by the Demon King Demise. Maybe Demise himself rerncarnates, and they defeat him for good in this 3-qualifier. Yes that would be going full circle but the circle instead becomes more of a loop-ti-loop. We saw this happen in the adult timeline before the 3 timelines reconverged with the Zonai descending to Hyrule’s surface over 20,000 years before Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. And maybe there’s a post-game sequence where they rebuild Hyrule to its former glory, “or perhaps even beyond.”
I mean, you could make a Zelda game about rebuilding the kingdom of Hyrule, and rooting out the last evil pockets. But we all know that More evil will rise eventually. The Wind Waker was a bit of a hard ending, yet they were still able to make a whole timeline out of it. After all, that’s what happens in the real world. Sorry for the rant. You know there has to be a hard ending Incase the world ends.
I thought there was one really big question begged in TotK: who were Dinraal, Farosh, and Madra before they became dragons? How did they get their secret stones? Were they dragons in Rauru and Sonia's time (they weren't in any of the flashbacks), or did they turn to dragons sometime after Zelda became the Light Dragon? And that leads us to the story of Hylia vs. Din, Farore, and Nayru in OoT: were the dragons the ones who created the Triforce, or were they just named after the goddesses? What about the Triforce, for that matter? It wasn't in either BotW or TotK, so might we see Demise and/or how the Triforce was created? Could we get a storyline where the flashbacks revolve around the goddesses (since Zelda has inherited Hylia's power), and see the true creation of the world predating Skyward Sword? There is so much more they could do with the storyline, I'd be shocked if they left their hard work on the open-world platform at this. I'm envisioning the TotK map (Hyrule, Sky Islands, and Depths) changed for another few years in the future, where Zelda has been kidnapped by Demise (who wants to wake up Hylia through her) and Link must find/assemble the Triforce by turning the three dragons back into people - I'm thinking by going into the Divine Realm as an added map to explore - before Demise covers Hyrule in Murk (similar to Malice and Gloom, but instead of taking Link's hearts when touched, it takes stamina/items/locks hearts and Link needs to go to the Divine Realm to unlock them instead of just being in sunlight). The memories' plot is how Demise took over Ganondorf to become Ganon, and how heroes through the ages defeated him (a BotW/TotK graphics update to the ending scenes of other games, plus extra scenes explaining the dragons and Demise's origins with Hylia). This would also allow for other old villains to return like Twinrova/Koume and Kotake (who were in one of the flashbacks of TotK but were not introduced or fought), who would want revenge for Ganondorf's defeat in TotK, and could tell the story of the Great Skeletons as well - after all, BotW and TotK were both missing the wise giant fish that other games used (Jabu Jabu, Jabun, the wind Fish, etc. - they could be spirits trapped in the Divine Realm for Link to free). All of this is just my own ideas, and I have plenty more where they came from. I highly doubt Nintendo would leave so many open-ended questions (particularly about the other three dragons) if they didn't intend to make at least a DLC or two for them - and that was how TotK came about in the first place, out of the developers having too many ideas to fit in a DLC.
To make a trilogy of games since they've never really done that before. Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks : am I a joke to you ? Jokes aside, three games in a row in the exact same era would be huge
They did make a prequel of BOTW ,its called : Zelda Warrior Age of Calamity , Ok the game is not like BOTW and TOTK but story wise it is a prequel of BOTW we see and learn how the calamity started etc.... and the ending is the beginning of BOTW
That makes a lot of sense. They really made it sound like they still have some unfinished business in that post-credits scene, I didn't realize that before. Almost seems like Nintendo played it safe and made the ending really solid but also left a door open for yet another adventure in the same universe. Considering how massive of a success the game is they can pretty safely continue the story but they wouldn't have to. I do hope they still continue it, they put a lot of effort into the characters compared to the classic games and would be a shame to lose them so soon. Would be awesome if they also kept Zelda as part of the game for once instead of the sole goal being to rescue her. No idea what they could do but they have infinite possibilities. Maybe exploring areas outside of Hyrule and finding some answers there, maybe Windwaker style with ships but at a much bigger scale. Honestly I suck with ideas but they really could go anywhere with the story and I really like your time travel idea, it definitely doesn't have to be over yet and I really hope it still continues
I really want to have some sort of game where we just sit back and rebuild hyrule in our own image. It'd be so cool to do whatever we wish with this land we've all come to love so much, whether it be rebuilding the ruins from the Calamity or expanding all the villages.
They really should do a game where its when the first hero and the first zelda appeared to fight off the first calamity. This game should be called (The legend of zelda, the ancient calamity)
I think it would be amazing if this happened, but Ive thought about it too, and I think it would be cool if Zelda figured out how to communicate with her past selves to learn why all of this happens. She finds leads she thinks might help so she takes Link on missions with her into past Zelda games, learning more and more history until she learns about Demise’s curse, so she takes Link on one final mission back to Skyward Sword to Kill demise in hopes he wont be able to say the curse, so the final battle would be Zelda with her time powers, and the two links fighting together to take down Demise and end the Zelda series for good. I think this would be a really cool ending but unfortunately, it would end the Zelda story, it might also sadly make Link Zelda and Ganondorf disappear forever. But who knows maybe the creator of the depths, some evil god, doesn’t like this, I mean we know it definitely wasnt the golden goddess who created the depths because there are no laws, which Farore wouldn’t be happy about. Maybe that creator chooses a new champion pretty much like a new Demise, Hylia chooses her champions naming the boy Link (she wouldn’t have to name Zelda since all Hylian princess are named Zelda anyways) out of nostalgia, restarting the story and giving the timeline a fresh start. If anyone has anymore to add, please reply
This would mean no more Zelda games if it had hard ending. But take out link Zelda and ganondorf/demise souls spirits however they reincarnate and it could be dull, there were other demons but character motive was eh. Hylia being goddess and making new hero is just restarting exact same story if did it in same way. But an example of lack of character motive, girahim was whiny and seemed only to live to revive and serve demise, now if ss were a book, girahim would need to fill days with other stuff so ... Also hylia had 3 sisters who basically just sit at sidelines, you'd think if 4 goddesses went all out demon hoards would be way weaker
The thing about Ganon and his other incarnations...is I doubt they would cooperate. They would all infight and be at eachothers throats due to their own greed and ego. They would be paranoid, suspicious, and backstab eachother because each of them would want the right to rule and be the only ruler. An alliance between them would literally fall apart as fast as it would form. Because in the end, only one of them deserves the right to rule and be all powerful, why should he share with anyone else even if they are all himself?
I think it’s too early to release another Zelda game or DLC because we just got Tears of the Kingdom a few months ago! but I feel they can still do something with soda because they have kept mario for 40 years and they’ve never ran out of ideas
As for the time travel thing...imagine playing as different links throughout the entire timeliness rehashing old game elements and tropes fighting past gannon and demise omfg thats the zelda game we need
i feel this is a great cool idea however as there is not going to be DLC for ToTK they are most likely moving onto a new world and new story. with BoTW the DLC was the precursor to ToTK.
I have no doubt there will be a third game with this version of Zelda and Link, because of: colors. BOTW was a game covered in blue, mostly from ancient Sheikah technology. Blue represents wisdom in the TLOZ, so it’s a fitting match for a civilization that created such advanced technology in the pursuit of knowledge. In contrast, TOTK is covered in green, thanks to Zonai tech. Green represents courage, and so do dragons, which are found everywhere in Zonai architecture. Therefore, I believe the next game will be red, representing power. While Zelda has wisdom, and Link sports courage, Ganon is usually the one in possession of power. But in the past two games we’ve already taken out Ganon, then Ganondorf, so who will wield power? I think the return of Demise would be the perfect plot, as well as a fitting way to end the timeline. Maybe with this final game built on the three virtues, the Triforce can also return in its physical form, and play a bigger role.
SS was the beginning of the timeline. And SS was released in 2011, 6 years before botw, and 12 before totk. SS might not even be in the same timeline, with OoT complicating everything. Also, it's 'Explain'
These will definitely need to be in the third game: - Demise is the main villain and is after the tri force - 3-5 other kingdoms that weren’t accessible in the first 2 games are now accessible - sheikah and Zonai tech scattered across these new kingdoms. Even malice and gloom as well. - The Yiga Clan is more serious and starts to invade villages and have mini bosses and new ranks - a new advanced race with advanced tech involving red to match the tri force colors - more story on the ancient hero and Misko - returning bosses from both BOTW, TOTK, and AOC - a new substance like gloom and malice but being called something more threatening and it would be black - More divine beasts and temples alongside new types of dungeons - the new kingdoms have their own sky and depths like Hyrule - underwater exploration
@@sawyer5027 The barbarians in general has been a theory of who they are. If they’re a barbaric Zonai sect or Hylians before Rauru and Mineru came down. Regarding who they are, they also may have been evil and supported Ganondorf judging you can get the phantom ganon armor set in the labyrinths in the depths. However while I like this idea, I think it’ll be some new tribe or returning tribe from older games. Good idea though
I think a hyrule warriors would be really cool in this style and like you said we could play as past characters and battle enemies in past zelda locations
Here's an idea: We could have Hyrule transform into a dark world focusing on a tribe represented by red, similar to the shiekah's blue and the Zonai's green
I personally feel like this would work better as a Hyrule Warriors game than a Zelda game. You could play as numerous different Links, Zeldas, and others all with unique powers and movesets.
I don't understand why people think that analysis of what the next Zelda will or should be like start with sorting out stories and timelines. For starters, there is not really much evidence that Nintendo cares a ton about timelines and story elements, but also there are far bigger things to puzzle out about how to make a compelling game. What will the new innovation be? Design elements and themes? What was learned from the last game in terms of gameplay mechanics that worked and didn't? Does it lead to something new to explore in terms of ideas? Art style, story elements, etc. will likely be wrapped around whatever these things are.
I noticed last night a few cases of Link actually speaking after attending night time class on voes and fulfilling the requirements of the three students in order for them to be comfortable each student that I spoke to Link was the one who first spoke and you could actually see the animation to correspond in his greeting
I think what you suggested is really great because the idea of being able to talk to your past self is really cool and I’ve always wanted to be able to do that but I can’t do that so since I can’t talk to my past self, I want to at least be able to see Link talk to his past self to see what it would be like
I absolutely do not want another game like botw or totk. They are great games sure, but it has been nearly 10 years since a normal Zelda game. I also don't feel like waiting another 6 years for a new game. I like the smaller, denser stories that came out every 2 or 3 years I also hate this Hyrule Warriors crossover idea ending the timeline. It goes completely against everything that makes the series great and laughs in the face of established lore. We got our crossover already. We don't need another one
You know how Totk used the same map? Link to the past and oot had this mechanic where the entire map shifted in the middle of the game. And the reason it shifted was because it was an interactive story I think that is exactly what Totk needed. It's awesome that I'm botw you can go fight the final boss right away, but we don't need that for every game going forward
To think that there is still a possible easy 6 years to wait until we even know a single trailer is devastating. I agree with you but man im ready for a sneak peak now, and another one tomorrow. Also does anyone think that there is a possibility that the lands that are visible yet out of bounds could be brought into totk as a DLC? or maybe a new game entirely?? Imagine the possibility of heading south in the ocean to a species living underwater, maybe where Yona (Sidons fiancee) comes from? Or heading north west into those rugged mountains to find more tribes of rito, or a whole new species entirely. New areas, more dungeons, bigger game, stranger exploration. It would be incredible and definetly a dream of mine.
I think a trilogy would be amazing. Add some time travel elements, underwater areas, more to explore/uncover in both sky and underground as well as *true* dungeons with puzzles. Could even throw in other continents (at leastbone or two) to explore. A lost city of the zonai could be interesting as a central hub for time travel purposes to tie everything together.
Possibilities. 1. New continent. 2. Ability to go underwater in the ocean. 3. Patch/Fix for the Depths to where it isn't so repetitive. 4. New enemies - of course. 5. "Get to the Point" type of conversations while interacting with the people in the town... lol.
Yes! This is the video I've been waiting for! I've been saying this same thing in the comments for other videos but you making a video about it is just awesome! Thank you! You've got a new subscriber in me! :D
What is that footage with Mineru’s spirit, all the sages, Purah, and Zelda up in the sky?! I’ve finished the game and didn’t ever see that scene. Thank you!
Secret ending when you defeat Ganondorf after (not 100% sure) either getting all memories, or completing all main quests (actually these requirements might be equivalent).

I love this idea of using a multiverse type thing where all the Zelda games collide to finish off the trilogy. This is an amazing idea and it leaves Nintendo with the choice of what to do with Zelda next
I think that if they were to make another game and expand the map more, they could expand the oceans and find new lands, such as where Kass went or where Yona is from.
I'm hoping this is what the dlc will be focused on. There was a Slip-up on the main TOTK domain page that implied DLC content and they removed the "full game required to access DLC content" tag, which tells me they're hiding something big. Maybe not but, My god do i hope!
I've seen games do this to fix what went wrong in future stages to correct mistakes or possible remove plagues to insure the timeline corrects itself going forward. Where Zelda and Link as other games play different parts and goes to different timelines to change or restore that timeline as well.
And to finish it off they sell a dlc hard mode in which Demise is a 10 stage boss and he slowly gains traits from other ganon battles making Zelda finally have some necessary difficulty
Having the shrines be the way to access the past games/other hero’s would be such a good idea!! Like imagine they bring the og item System back like u said and when you go to a shrine and access the past game you do the best temple or dungeon of that game and gain the item you may have gained doing so! Like it could be like the kingdom hearts series’ worlds where you go to the same shrine a couple of times either accessing newer items or upgrade the item previously collected from it ultimately leading to facing the ganon of the past game and finally clearing that shrine. It would be a really cool mechanic and would fix the copy paste issue of shrines in botw & totk
Got a big hunch here! The Ancient Hero's Aspect is the reward given to players when they complete all shrines. The reward isn't the high defense when upgraded since there's other setups with a higher total defense stat, but it's the hint the developers are giving players on what's to come. When you visit Pura, Impa, Cece, and other historians, they state that you look exactly like the first Calamity hero. As for the next story: "At this time, we are not planning to release additional content," Aonuma said to Famitsu (via VGC). "We feel like we have already fully explored and exhausted the gameplay possibilities in this world. Initially, the reason we decided to develop a sequel was because we believed there was still value in experiencing new gameplay within that particular Hyrule. If in the future we find a compelling reason, we may revisit that world once again. Whether it’s another sequel or an entirely new title, I believe the next game will offer a completely new experience. I hope you’ll look forward to it." In another interview, there's a hint that the next game will be a prequel in the storyline to BOTW/TOTK. That being said, it's a huge nod in both BOTW/TOTK that the next story would be a prequel and the rise of the Ancient Hero, who is most likely the first Link incarnation, a possible Garudo (red hair) + Zonai (race type) + Hylian (pointy ears) underdog that has to fully leverage the Spirit of Courage to overcome the First Calamity with the ancient guardians and divine beasts. Maybe because of the increased desire for Zelink that was missed out in TOTK, maybe this time Zelda and Link would actually have a more serious relationship to help overcome their trials together.
This game just came out. It took 5 years of waiting. I’m just going to enjoy the gameplay and content coming from this one for a while. Not thinking about or trying to guess what the next one will be like.
We REALLY need difficult bosses and monsters. Please no more monsters you can kill with one hit. That’s all I ask after no dlc lol.

The Legend of Zelda: Ganon of the Dorf
What would be cool is instead of master mode, you have two options to play: Link or Zelda. Each has a separate mission and you can choose which to play. To take it a step further, maybe each save file could interact with the other, so let’s say you play as Zelda, maybe she does something in her version that later aids the link file, like maybe she places an item in a room for Link to grab or something like that. That would be revolutionary, I don’t know of any games like that
I love this idea! I agree that it would change a lot, it would definitely put a big emphasis on gameplay mechanics!

That would have to be the most wild ambitious Zelda ever! And I would love every second of it! Especially going to past Zelda locations and using classic items to fight bosses of the past!
In the words of Sir Wallace: Give me TRILOGY or give me death!!
Another great idea would be,
Legend of Zelda: Link's Misery
It's already been more than 10000 years since last male has been born in Gerudo, another male was born, another Ganon was born, but he was taught, educated and ensured that he shouldn't turn into evil.
Thank you for saving me 12 min brother.
Shut up
I am not opposed to a third of this series.
Zelda but you play as ganondork would be awesome
I said ganondork on purpose
ganondorf is evil because he is the reincarnation of demise’s spirit who was sealed in skyward sword. demise wanted revenge on hylia for defeating him and his army

That's a very interesting take. Hopefully this is the case.
I've been thinking this too after seeing someone say this.
Maybe they can have space zelda and a end of ganon because he destroyed the entirety of the planet of Zelda(hyrule, termina…are on there) and link have to travel through space to destroy the demise machine which granted the ability to reborn ganondorf and demise.

My friend and I had an idea so close to similar to this that it’s scary…
We were saying that it’d be cool to have the whole map be an almagamation of the past 3D Zelda games while still having the BOTW layout. Like each of the 15 parts of the map are from different parts of past games. Also, we thought of instead of getting the sages we instead save past Links that Ganondorf has trapped and get some of their items and abilities and eventually beat Demise.
I would love a story to give Adult Zelda from OoT some closure, just like MM for Link did
If there’s gonna be a game about “the curse ending” I hope that Zelda comes to the realization that:
“there’s always bound to be evil, it’s just natural. But we can always fight back against it for peace in the present.”
I would love having the same link, the same time but a different kingdom. Like if they were helping a kingdom next door.
I think for a third game it would be interesting to implement Demise somehow. Or alternatively bring someone like Vaati to a 3D title. I just think Vaati's neat, man.
Kind of strange how we never saw the Triforce. Feels like they have stories left to tell - if they want.
I feel like we did already. Several times.
We only saw it on zelda when she used her light powers in botw.
@@crunchyblend8809 And TotK.
We’ll be going to space in this next one. The legend of Zelda: galaxy
I think the ending of the new and final Zelda game should be link,Zelda and Ganon all destroyed alongside the triforce.
i think that when she tries to finalize this final 'peace' she is either going to succeed or the next game is going to be very dark
Nah.
You gotta stick with the naming schemes, too.
Maybe more like "Curse of the King" or "Curse of the Demons"?
No.
I got it.
"Curse of the Blood Moon".
Majora was helping Ganondorf fight the sealing power back in BotW & helped free him from Rauru in TotK so Majora can watch them all
"...play good guys versus bad guys"...
on a loop to entertain himself, and Ganondorf was the one who summoned Majora back in the first place & pitched the idea to them so Ganondorf would always have a fallback plan for his own resurrection via Majora's power.
A Majora's Mask sequel
AND
a BotW/TotK sequel
AND
a Skyward Sword sequel
in ONE game.
The Triforce emblem lights up on their joined hands, and
Link's sword let's loose a bright blue flash, the baddy steps back, confused.
So...
A Majora's Mask sequel
AND
a BotW/TotK sequel
AND
a Skyward Sword sequel
AND Playable Zelda (kinda) all in ONE game!
This would be a great way to go!
If you do a hard end, no more Zelda games but prequels or no more games. Need to mix stuff up without hard ending it
I mean, you could make a Zelda game about rebuilding the kingdom of Hyrule, and rooting out the last evil pockets. But we all know that More evil will rise eventually. The Wind Waker was a bit of a hard ending, yet they were still able to make a whole timeline out of it. After all, that’s what happens in the real world. Sorry for the rant. You know there has to be a hard ending Incase the world ends.
They have done trilogies. OoT/MM/TP are a trilogy. As are WW/PH/ST.
I think they are actually draconified Din, Nayru and Farore the triforce watchers
@@jasonmg99 But can we see how they became dragons in the next game?

And should they make new Zelda games, they could take place somewhere before BotW.
I like the idea of a prequel to botw and totk rather than another sequel. Sort of like how a link to the past was a prequel to the first two Zeldas

It sounds cool and someone in Nintendo probably thought of that but I don't think it will sell much and it's too time and money consuming yk
Nintendo publishes a popular sim franchise called Animal Crossing. You should try that for the experience you want.
They really should do a game where its when the first hero and the first zelda appeared to fight off the first calamity. This game should be called (The legend of zelda, the ancient calamity)
Or maybe even a time travel game where you time travel to the future and the past wich should be called ( the legend of zelda, a link in time)
I think it would be amazing if this happened, but Ive thought about it too, and I think it would be cool if Zelda figured out how to communicate with her past selves to learn why all of this happens.
Ehem may i explaun that skyward sword was the game of power, botw was the game of wisdom and totk is the game of courage
SS was the beginning of the timeline. And SS was released in 2011, 6 years before botw, and 12 before totk. SS might not even be in the same timeline, with OoT complicating everything.
Also, it's 'Explain'
I really really really hope there’s a 3rd game this iteration of link and zelda are my favorite of any zelda game by far and it’s not even close
These will definitely need to be in the third game:
- Demise is the main villain and is after the tri force
- 3-5 other kingdoms that weren’t accessible in the first 2 games are now accessible
- sheikah and Zonai tech scattered across these new kingdoms. Even malice and gloom as well.
- The Yiga Clan is more serious and starts to invade villages and have mini bosses and new ranks
- a new advanced race with advanced tech involving red to match the tri force colors
- more story on the ancient hero and Misko
- returning bosses from both BOTW, TOTK, and AOC
- a new substance like gloom and malice but being called something more threatening and it would be black
- More divine beasts and temples alongside new types of dungeons
- the new kingdoms have their own sky and depths like Hyrule
- underwater exploration
It should also bring back the physical triforce and Link and Zelda use it to end demises curse
Agreed
@@DuMusic00 Yeah that’s a better idea
@@sawyer5027 exactly
@@sawyer5027 The barbarians in general has been a theory of who they are. If they’re a barbaric Zonai sect or Hylians before Rauru and Mineru came down. Regarding who they are, they also may have been evil and supported Ganondorf judging you can get the phantom ganon armor set in the labyrinths in the depths. However while I like this idea, I think it’ll be some new tribe or returning tribe from older games. Good idea though
pls blow this video up cuz nintendo NEEDS to see this. I would fricking love to play a game like that. pls. the zelda games cant stop here. 🙏🙏🙏♥♥♥
I think a hyrule warriors would be really cool in this style and like you said we could play as past characters and battle enemies in past zelda locations
I hope they don’t have the sages hovering around you in any more games
When I saw the end cutscene I thought maybe a DLC, but a new game entirely would be awesome. Great video 👍
While its a good idea, if all evil is defeated, how will Nintendo make new Zelda games with no enemies to fight?
I would also hope a sequel like this would explain where all the ancient tech, such as the old Shrines and the Divine Beasts went.
Bro you definitely on to something with this nintendo needs to take thought into this at least i fw everything you explained bro
Honestly I would really like Skull Kid to be the next Villain cause I’m kinda tired of Ganon variants always being the villains
WowowowowWOW a game with a story like that you described would be ABSOLUTELY INSANE and SUPER FUN!! I love your theory and idea!
Next game is called 'Blood of the Suburbs', and Zelda is bald
I like the smaller, denser stories that came out every 2 or 3 years
I also hate this Hyrule Warriors crossover idea ending the timeline. It goes completely against everything that makes the series great and laughs in the face of established lore. We got our crossover already. We don't need another one
You know how Totk used the same map?
Link to the past and oot had this mechanic where the entire map shifted in the middle of the game. And the reason it shifted was because it was an interactive story
I think that is exactly what Totk needed.
It's awesome that I'm botw you can go fight the final boss right away, but we don't need that for every game going forward
We need a gigantic 30 year old Link in a way more advanced Hyrule Civilization
I had no idea how much I needed to hear this idea, but now I'm hoping so hard Nintendo chooses to go this route.
5. "Get to the Point" type of conversations while interacting with the people in the town... lol.
This video I VERY good like always. I hope Nintendo sees this
Awesome Video Bro!
Thank you!
Secret ending when you defeat Ganondorf after (not 100% sure) either getting all memories, or completing all main quests (actually these requirements might be equivalent).
they wont, they said they have finnished the story they have with this version of hyrule
I like thoughts ideas & to have the weapons from a Link to the Past and have new color tunic custom to your favorite color or Child timeline Brown Tunic and Twilight Princess Ordon Wood Shield,Hylian Knight Shield,Knight Board Sword & Epona,Zelda's horse,Ganondorf's Black horse! Also have awesome Dungeons from a Link to the Past,Ocarina of Time,Majora's Mask,Twilight Princess and awesome rewards! Also have side missions just like Majora's Mask did!You get to keep Saria's Fairy Ocarina & get Navi back forver this time and choose your favorite color for your fairy companion & Skull kid is fighting side by side with you and his two faries and Malon has your back with a Gerudo or Zonai Dragon Bow & Duel Swords & Trident by the you forgot to mention that Link can travel back in time to see his Zonai Tribe family and see his Hylian Dad Knight & Mom & his young sister save them three and also save Malon's mom since he gets married to her in future kid Link child timeline and this time when is a child so is all this friends Saria,Skullkid with both his faires from Major's Mask Malon,Ruta,Zelda,Zonai,Korki kids,Dekus,Gorons,Zoras,Sheikahs,Gerudos,Twili,Full from Midna and when you become Adult Link so do all your friends and all team up as it was meant to finally defeat all remants of evil maclies forever by breaking the demon's Demise eternal Curse! Finally be able to enjoy years of peace and in next new both Linear & Open World games you explore, have awesome classic Dugeons like a Link to the Past but in 4k & Unreal Engine 5 & up to 4 players spilt screen and each player has a squad of 5 team members! Have a Full Covered Wagon,Belgian Draft Horses,Wood Sail Ship boat to travel, travel by Rail Train,Airship, Quick Time Travel with Dragon Circle Instant Travel! All Zelda games Characters able including Ganondorf
They have so much more to flush out of the Zelda series
Now that I think about it, in this timeline there is still at least one threat to worry about. The Yiga clan.
Link already has now completed his 'infinity stone' hand. Perhaps, it's more simple than they realize.
"Oh, Snap"
Need one like Wind Waker but a lot bigger and not as cartoony
Imagine sailing to islands the size of breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom maps
This sounds incredible! I would love this!! I’m already excited hearing and thinking about it!
Fi has already traveled through all of these timelines. She could easily be a guide.
This game just came out. It took 5 years of waiting. I’m just going to enjoy the gameplay and content coming from this one for a while. Not thinking about or trying to guess what the next one will be like.

I can understand that but it still feel like I hit the wall of that story.
