Momin is right abt the gap between the second talaq but something else thats absurd is that they made her marry someone else without compelting her iddat? How can she marry someone else without completing iddat or going through that gap after talaq. Even in Kabuli pulao, I wish they showed that they when her ex husband returned they went to a molvi/mufti to seek advise about which nikah is valid. This is a huge flaw in both dramas that they dont shed light on the islamic ruling about such cases and the main characters just do whatever they deem is right.

I m an advocate & also studied muslim family law ..... talaq when pronounced three time at a time will be consider only one talaq then before completion of three month husband and wife have to reconcile if they dont want to terminate their nikah if three months passed and no talaq pronounced by husband and they even do not reconcile will be consider as dissoltion of marriage (divorce) and if divorce given at single time (does not matter many times it pronounced in single take) but before completition of three months husband wife reconsile it will save their marriage and when talaq given at a time (no matter how many times husband peonounce ) it will be consider single divorce and before completition of three husband do not pronounce talaq again and also do not reconsile will terminate their wedding

If the marriage is commenced through spouses intimacy then there ll be iddat....but if there is no intimacy there ll be no iddat.

Amma, I agree with you regarding the Gentalman debate. Moman is making it too black and white. However, I completely agree with you. It doesn't matter whether a "ghunda" is good at heart. A girls father can not ignore his visible profession, just because he is a good man at heart.
I believe that the point where a commisner is shown to be a real ghunda is enough to reject him this doesn't make Munna's character worthy.

I m an advocate & also studied muslim family law ..... talaq when pronounced three time at a time will be consider only one talaq
then before completion of three month husband and wife have to reconcile if they dont want to terminate their nikah
if three months passed and no talaq pronounced by husband and they even do not reconcile will be consider as dissoltion of marriage (divorce)
and if divorce given at single time (does not matter many times it pronounced in single take) but before completition of three months husband wife reconsile it will save their marriage
and when talaq given at a time (no matter how many times husband peonounce ) it will be consider single divorce and before completition of three husband do not pronounce talaq again and also do not reconsile will terminate their wedding
