Hi i made the almond cake but i just used almond flour anyway the cake was burnt on the outside and undercooked from the inside i used sugarfree icing sugar instead of regular granulated sugar now its my first time making a pound cake can you tell me what was my mistake because i didnot want to use regular sugar be ause its too sweet for me anyway what are my mistakes so i can make it again properly thankyou i also use baking soda and sour cream anyway pleaselet me know what went wrong thankyou i baked it 350 for 30 minutes .
Hi! I have never tried this recipe with pistachio flour but, I surely think that you can use the same amount of pistachio flour instead of almond flour. I have been thinking of some recipes using pistachio recently, hope that i can share it soon! 🤗

The cake turned out beautifully. I used brown sugar so it's darker colour than yours and a 30 x 11 x 7 loaf pan. Smells heavenly too
