Looking good bro! I can appreciate the concoction 🍹I’ve done something similar in the past. But now I’ve been using HCU 44-0-0 & liquid potassium (+ other micros), huge grass gains!! Highly recommend HCU, you can spread as a granular or dissolve it in water & spray it. Anyways, keep up the great work, “Subdivision Sensei”! 👍🏻😎

I seeded my lawn around April 22nd, and I've noticed substantial growth. I'm unsure about the ideal timing for fertilization. Should I add fertilizer now, or wait two weeks to a month after germination?
I usually wait 1 to 2 weeks after seedlings come up then 1 week after 1st mow 😊🤙🏾
Got to check out growth regulator for the poa, and it keeps the seed head production down.

i thought you wanted the mix to sit on the leaves for an hour or 2 and then water it in?
Typically all the foliar like iron, kelp etc should let sit but I wanted the hydretain to get to the soil asap so it can do its job… I might go back to doing separate applications of foliar to soil amendment just to keep it simple for everyone 😊🤙🏾

Unfortunately that doesn't work on Poa Triv... might work on poa annua but the only products that work on Poa Triv are Velocity and Poa Cure ☺️🤙🏾
Can you show the yard, With out adjusting your camera please because it was not that dark for a second then you adjusted your camera and it went dark green, Want to see it with out the filter. Yard is beautiful 10 👍 UP’S with out the filter 👍
It's not a filter it's the graph on the camera that shows no blown highlights... I get this comment a lot whenever I use the real camera... that's the right exposure... the grass is really just that dark... if I make it any brighter the sidewalks are blown out and so is the sky meaning it's not the right exposure. so no I won't adjust to make my grass lighter I adjust for the correct exposure
Can the HOA do something about dog control? They fine you for not taking care of your lawn, they should fine the people who let their dogs do business on people’s lawn.
Apparently only if you don't pick up your dogs poop... but nature strips and dog pee are free reign 😂 So irritating 😂🤙🏾
