@@SkinBeautifulRX I watched! I'm thinking I need a personal assistant for this daily process!😊! Speaking of Sun .. I am olive tone and have always been a worshiper of. I've been through baby oil and iodine with fair skinned friends who were doing, and ofcourse, had full body silver sun reflector panels made up, baby pool on deck, blow up silver floater that I had out on deck with water to lay in, and going to Jamaica really did the trick turning me of another shade. Ya mon! Age does has its factors regardless, I do have good genes, and Osmosis has been a great attribute Hands-down! 🙌 so .. there you have my story, and I'm sticking to it! 😉

Great interview with Dr. Ben. I really should check out the epic tool. I had to laugh about the chicken nuggets & pizza. My 14 yr old granddaughter lives on chicken nuggets, fries & macaroni & cheese. I am always telling her she needs to eat some veggies lol. Have a great night. 💕
I remember when McDonald’s still used chickens packed with hormones and that’s all I ate as a kid! And I wondered why I was a hearty little 8 year old 😂😂 they are still my favorite cheat meal tho! 💗💗💗

Hi there, I have a question. He said retinoic acid creates damage to skin elasticity by 30%. Why should we being using it or a retinol? That turns into Retin A if it damages what we’re trying to repair?
Hi Amber! I’ll ask him to send me the clinicals on this but I’ve also read how Tretinoin thins the skin as he is discussing. He is specifically speaking to prescription Tret.
