Does anyone know how to stop the detached hose end to stop throwing out dust, I'm thinking about returning this as I see no point of having a detachable hose if it's going to make a bigger mess for me. Thanks for any advice.
PLEASE can someone tell me how to put on the attachments? I figured out how to detach the hose, but the attachments do not fit snugly onto it! Why bother making a video if you don't demonstrate all the features? It would have taken all of 10 seconds to demonstrate how to put on the attachments.
Can you guys bring back the style that the original cleanview helix had? I know u still have the power groom but maybe you should maybe make some more like it. Or the powergroom rewind.
Our 5 year old Shark gave us problems for all 5 years. I finally took it out and threw it in the trash. I picked this up for $66 at Walmart. So far it's pretty awesome. Suction is crazy good and the hose is longer than Shark. The only complaint is the top lid where the filter sits is very hard to close due to poor build quality. I fear I'm going to break the hinge every time I try to close it. I recommend this vac even with the above stated issues. Bissell, please consider reengineering the canister top lid.
Do you make extension hoses for the vacuum? Mine doesn't stretch very much and falls over a lot because the stretch is too tight. I would like to get a hose that attaches to the existing stretch hose to make it longer
Well that's odd - you can order the Febreze filter for this vacuum online here: www.bissell.com/febreze-pre-motor-filter-for-powerglide-upright-vacuums-12141?productid=1797&cid=ccsocial2107

How do you get the tube to suction
Apparently you lock it in the upright position; had to look carefully at the manual to find it. It's a shame they don't make it more obvious.
I have one and it is awsome I love it

Curt Walter you could have fixed it, was it not sucking?
@@thestrangeone515 it had been fixed several times. Motor needed replaced. Cheaper to buy a new vaccum.
Curt Walter sharks aren’t well built tbh

Where do you connect the tools?
If I'm using my hose to sweep, how can I turn the bottom brush off?
hi does the brush at the front run by itself or it rolls as I move the vacuum
Great question! The brush is powered by the vacuum motor and rotates on its own.
Its an electrical powerhead driven by a belt.
Mine is clogged, rattling, and for some reason even cleaning the motor, it still is loud.
Bissell, Is this vacuum safe for hard floors.
Yes it is! This vacuum also features a manual height adjustment which moves from bare floors to high pile carpet.
BISSELL Thanks I will try it out
Why dont you keep the old design
The power button just cought on fire and it was smokin
I’m not sure what the music is called 🤔🫤
The name of the vacuum rhymes with the word missile, not the word micelle.
What if you pull it beyond the red mark? What issues and how to fix?
Pulling the cord beyond the red line could damage the cord rewind. Give us a call and we can better assist if this has happened.
It doesn't want to go all the way in on the first time. It stops short of it by about 6 inches. I think I messed it up.
