Steel books are such a scam they make it so that you have to almost break the disc to get it out and you only get them by paying more than the game is normally.

Old video but totally helped me thanks!. I have the 40th anni Alien steelbook and that disc was in there so tight. Even pressing down almost as hard as I could it didn't want to release but it finally gave way on the other side. It would so snapped for sure without pressing it.

When I found this vid, I didn't realize the tv control was part of the process. I'm glad the disk still came out in one piece.
