At 23.45 time stamp in the video you will notice a girl on her Trumpet with a beer holder on her Trumpet and she can drink her beer while in the holder, LoL...
Not hard to make a lot of German foods at home. The pork sandwich, is just a thick boneless pork chop, slathered in paprika and grilled on an open charcoal grill on a french bread roll. the choc covered strawberries, I assume is made with Milka chocolate, it's like the Hershey's of Germany. Might be a bit expensive, but you may be able to find it on Amazon or at a World Market.
City, but its so small and quaint, it's hard to call it a city, I tend to go between both words. Alot of these cities along the Mosel are small and picturesque like that. During Christmas it is more beautiful with the Christmas lights and decor.

Beautiful town (city?). It almost doesn’t look real. Like it’s too perfect and fell out of a painting.
