The beautiful lady is indeed Geoff's wife, Kathy Castellucci. He wrote a whole new bridge for this song. I think it's very easy to tell that he's singing to someone very specific here. ETA: VoicePlay recently released an incredible cover of Valhalla Calling, which is a sequel to their cover of My Mother Told Me; I'd love to see you react to those!
Anthony is a native New Yorker, and he is 23 years old. When VoicePlay did "Sing", he participated, and the captions introduced him and said they Had never collaborated, but they want to. His voice is so beautiful, and I am excited that this was the cover the collaborated on.
Yes, that's Geoff's wife Kathy. She's had a few cameos before, in Boy Bands and Monster Mash. Anthony has been performing since grade school. His mom is friends with Eli's mom. At this point I think the VP guys just consider him part of the family. They also recorded a few minis with him while he was in town.
Such beautiful harmonies in this one. Love the addition of Geoff’s wife Kathy in this one as well. I’d love to see you react to their newest release Valhalla Calling as well when you get minute.
Anthony did some shorts with VP too if you'd like to hear more of him. You also don't want to miss Geoff's Man Of Constant Sorrow (listen for the bridge he added) and then buckle up for VP's Valhalla Calling--you'll lose your mind over that one. RUclips cracked with Hoist the Colours but it shattered with Valhalla. There are added "lyrics" with that one too.
The Chicken Song by Voiceplay 😂😂😂😂 and Road Trip from their Sing Off Tour 😂 Both are older songs but will have you laughing Or if you want to do a double reaction try Zombies vs Hillbillies (Voiceplay vs Home Free)
Take a look at the blocks - they spell VOICEPLAY. In VoicePlay's Just Sing, Anthony G. is spotlighted there with a comment that they haven't done a video with him but they wanted to...they did it!
Hey Jeffrey. "Road Trip" - VoicePlay Live is a fun early Voiceplay video. It is more of a skit than a musical performance. Also Geoff Castellucci's new release of "Man of Constant Sorrow" and for Halloween, Geoff's "Monster Mash". BTW, glad to see your Patreon membership growing.
Hey John! It's great to hear from you! I'll be catching up on VoicePlay reaction very soon. I'm looking forward to watching Geoff's new stuff too! Thanks for the noticing the growth of the Patreon! It wouldn't be the same without your support!
About that one place - shine - that stood out so much. Many reactors are saying that there was a lot of audio production on it. And I can’t say for sure one way or another. But my opinion is that it could have been produced naturally, with just a lot of skill. I’ve heard really good barbershop quartets that could hold a chord so tightly that you would hear a note that wasn’t being sung. And it would ring like theirs did. So with five of them singing, and how good they are with harmonies, I believe they didn’t need production - just lots of skill and hard work.
I second the recommendation of Road Trip and add a bid for The Chicken Song. Both are early VoicePlay routines, with Tony Wakim and before J None. And before Geoff ever grew his hair long, so it may take several seconds to recognize him. Musically great and oh so funny.

He was just absolutely outstanding in this one! I'm glad they gave him a few solos to showcase his craft.
This guy even did some reels with Pentatonix and, IIRC, Citizen Queen as well....he's awesome.
@@JeffreyHackReacts You should check out their cover of "Wellerman" with him. It's impossible not to tap your toe too!

Kathy is a toy maker and she is making her "perfect man". Of course, it's Geoff!
Nice! Love the song and the video concept! These guys are really great! Looking forward to more of your comments!👏👏

Great reaction Jeffrey
This was so well done. Anthony is amazing. He was worth the three year wait for the Collab. Geoff and Kathy are couples goals for real
Please do more VP & Geoff reactions... you could stop & explain more. We are here for it.
I appreciate your comment 🙂
Hei I'm from indonesia and I love your reaction❤
I just found your channel. Enjoyed your reaction. Btw, the woman in the video is Geoff’s wife.
Awesome reaction Jeffrey.
