Dearest Hiro, You asked me on another of your videos to correct your English. I don't like to do this because your English is soooo much better than my Japanese. But here goes. Please don't say "take it off the fire". The correct English is "take it off the heat". In English, a fire relates to something like coal or wood and you can see the flames. And - here we go with the confusion of English as a language - even if it is a gas flame, it's not 'fire', it's just heat. It's difficult to explain because English is a language that's very easy to speak and understand (so long as you use English words in a sentence, most English-speaking people will kinda understand what you mean). I love your recipes and the way you explain them. Apart from the measurements, I don't need to understand what you're doing. You are beautifully clear in the way you prepare and cook things. But you asked me to correct you, so I am. In future videos, the correct English is that you should say: "Take it off the heat" or "Reduce the heat". Not fire. I feel very bad about correcting your English because I understand what you say. Please accept my most sincere apologies for this post.
Dearest Darrien, Thank you very much for your teaching. I understand how to use "fire" and "heat". I don't think it's a shame to be pointed out mistakes. I am very grateful to those who pointed out. It's fun to learn new things one by one. Please let me know if there is anything strange. I have a question. Liquid before baking pudding (mixture of milk and eggs) What do you say this in English? Batter? Please let me know when you have time. I am always grateful for your help. Thank you💕☺️💕
